The hotel promised service not provided. 1)The photograph of hotel shown in Make my Trip is totally fake not original they scammed the customers by showing not in orginal space. 2)The bedsheet and pillowcover not placed new, i complaint hotel incharge and then it replaced but the bed is full of dust and impurities it cause skin allergic. 3)They promised to give breakfast while staying but they didn't provide. Hence the value of my paid amount is totally not worthy for staying in the hotel. 4) Bathroom toilet are very unhygienic not to use during my stay. 5) Staying Room is full of dirty and impurities.It is risk of health issues during stay.

Extremely Disappointed with My Stay I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The cot was not clean, no bedspread was provided, and neither a blanket nor a towel was given. Basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and dental kits were also missing. There was no breakfast provided as promised. The room itself was in a very poor and unhygienic condition — far below any reasonable standard. . I would neither recommend this hotel to anyone nor consider staying here again. Rooms beedsheet they don't change it... they keep the bedsheet used one with blood stain... And the receeptionist is very rude... if u ask anything room amenities he will reply rudely in tamil...

Excellent but there is one drawback that no drinking water and no blankets in rooms, otherwise nice place to stay and in center of the city

Very beautiful hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service. The food tasted fantastic. And the location was perfect.

there is no nameboard, and i had a lot of difficulty in locating the place. the sleepy eyed boy at the reception did not even show me the room, he just gave me the key to a second floor room. there is no mirror in the bathroom to shave. there is no drinking water in the room, only teo empty steel tumblers.after asking in person at the reception, i was given one cup of water at the reception and no more. there was no blanket/ bedsheet, and i was provided a bedsheet after asking for it, by going in person to the reception.

not satisfied with management they only talk in tamil at the time of check in , they waited us for half hour ,as they are saying ,no booking has been done , even after showing pnr no.and booking no. even after lodging complaint against them , oyo customer care couldn't help us. ok

A peaceful environment made for an enjoyable stay, helping us unwind and relax without distractions.
