The stay was nice.comfortable room for a single person.room was clean and tidy.only thing bothered me was the weird noise for AC.Rest of the things were nice

The receptionist didnt allow me to check in i was ready to pay the early checkin charges also i requested her that i’m getting late for my work i was just asking her 15 min in any room where i can change and leave for work she gave me general washroom that too was very bad condition as i was not knowing tamil, i knew only hindi english she called other person even he didn't know english and they were just talking by their own and smiling to each other by looking at me this is not the correct way to treat the customers having such a big name and hotel in the erode city but the owner should teach the correct way on to treat the customers

Location - close to central bus stand, easy access to railway station thr public transports. Complimentary breakfast - decent spread, tasty, clean & hygienic dining area. Good response from restaurant team. But this time i felt room needs to be taken care of. If not i doubt i'll stay here next time. Mattress - completely sagged. The floor where i stayed was often smelling heavily with cigerette. Needed to rush to go and close my room door. Fan - noisy, switches not in shape. Postive - the lady allowed me 20 minutes early check in. The concerns raised need to be taken care of immediately. Hence 3.

Ac not working properly and water leakage issue

First i requested to check in that lady not accepting and after check in frost room there was a very bad smell and the rest room was not cleaning properly they were changed to the 2nd room bed was problem push the bed touch the bottom again' they changed room. Need to improve break fast food quality

Location is good. But the receptionist's help is very poor. The security's help in parking car is very bad. No car adequate parking area. With lot of arguments we had to park the car. No valet car parking facilities. Overall hotel stay experience is not good

We had booked an executive room, the room was very neat and clean, bathroom was also well kept and the best part was it's accessibility to public transport and shopping areas. The reception staffs were also very friendly. Had a very comfortable stay at hotel regency inn the only drawback was that no ample car park.
