Good Stay
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were polite, cordial, and always ready to help, which made my experience very welcoming. However, I would like to share a few points for improvement. When I entered my room, I could not find the remote controls at first. Later, with the help of the reception and room staff, I learned they were placed inside the bedside table drawer. It would be much more convenient if the remotes were kept near the TV itself. Additionally, I noticed that one of the tea cups in the room was cracked, which only became evident when I poured hot water into it. Such details should be checked carefully to ensure a smooth experience for guests. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and warm service, and I hope these small improvements can make the stay even more comfortable for future guests.

Average Stay
Front desk team - courteous. Chk in - quick process. Premises- clean and neat House keeping young team doing a fantastic job.... Room - spotless Bedding & Linen - very clean, hygienic... All above - 4 to 4.5*. But room size - extremely small. As business traveller it was very difficult to keep my luggage anywhere properly.... No space to work on my laptop, very very less Power points... Very uncomfortable if someone wants to work on laptop.... So overall my rating - 3... though I want to give more....

Excellent Stay
The stay was quite amazing. The quality of the hotel is equal to 5 start at least within the room. Spacious and neat interiors. The comfort of AC and beds won't let you leave the room 😊

Nice stay at prime location with nominal rate,
my family stay at the hotel was very nice location is prime. very near to railway station. very near to shopping areas. near to bus stand. the environmental of the hotel is very good. working at the hotel or all very nice. Rate is very nominal when compared to the services provided by the hotel. restaurant very nice parking place with full time security is available in the hotel.

Neat and clean food was good nice. The reception person and food court person had been so caring. We had sudden plan and booked but the room space was well bed and the kit for our room had shaving toothbrush etc

Hotel conveniently located near the railway station. Cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel is excellent. Employees polite and helpful . Food tasty and always available. Overall I would rate this place a 5 on 5. We had a pleasant stay.
