Ambience, location and food everything was excellent. Hospitality and cleanliness was of excellent standard. Front office desk staff both night and day were very helpful and polite. Dinner and breakfast both were good.

I am giving poor only because they don’t keep guest’s details private. They disclosed all my travel and personal details with unauthorised people. I am very upset with that. This is very dangerous for those who are coming for their business trip are on stake. Need to find out more options. Such disclosure can cost entire business relationship.

businessPathetic food. Have ordered chintamani chicken and they served it with 250 gms of red chilly with plate full of oil. Have complained the same to front office manager with photo and sent mail. So called ghee roast served in the morning buffet was not cooked properly which was again shown to the manager and he took a photo. The important part was that, while check out when i asked them on what action they take on my complaint. The front office manager himself removed the bill amount for chicken manually and asked me to settle the remaining only, but after 2 days they called up my head office and informed that i didn't pay the bill for chicken and collected it from my head office. Haven't came across such a pathetic service and behaviour from the staffs and management.
