Ideal Loxation ,very courteous staff,all Rooms are well designed with proper painting,all colours of Tiles ,Flooring,and panel and curtains are similar clour matching,clean toilets, good air-conditioning ,all corridors are clean ,only concern room service and house keeping request are little delayed

good stay at erode
good hotel. clean and courteous. Hotel restaurant is okay. Room and bath area are well maintained. No other resturants are nearby. One has to settle with the in-house restaurant only.

Decent stay
Infrastructure, cleanliness & neatness is very good. Good parking facility. Has good hot-water & ac. Lacks a fridge. Kettle available for making coffee & tea. Need to improve on the furniture & quality of linen. Food is average.

Good hotel for business travel
businessOverall, a decent experience for a hotel in a small town. The bed linen was not clean. Other than that, everything was fine.

Food
businessPathetic food. Have ordered chintamani chicken and they served it with 250 gms of red chilly with plate full of oil. Have complained the same to front office manager with photo and sent mail. So called ghee roast served in the morning buffet was not cooked properly which was again shown to the manager and he took a photo. The important part was that, while check out when i asked them on what action they take on my complaint. The front office manager himself removed the bill amount for chicken manually and asked me to settle the remaining only, but after 2 days they called up my head office and informed that i didn't pay the bill for chicken and collected it from my head office. Haven't came across such a pathetic service and behaviour from the staffs and management.

Overall good stay
I was stayed in delux room. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom also good. Don’t expect much for breakfast. But it was good. Enjoyed the stay

Being a women traveller this place made feel safe and secure, room was very clean and dinner was available at late nights
