Hospitality is very poor. Room maintenance is horrible. Unclean toilets and room. Vacated in few hours. Unhappy :-(

I was allowed to stay only for 12 hrs,since it was booked through make my trip .If I book directly I can stay for 24 hours and cost will also be Rs.150 less Worst experience .Next time how will I book through Make my trip . No help on phone

Location is good where too many lodges are there. No food provided but one bottle of water. A lot of restaurants, mobile shops and a cinema theatre and nearby main bus stand. Service: very poor. Tv and router are there but not working. I was relaying wifi service but it is on rewiring work the past few days. I am totally disappointed for paying 899 as to bathing only. Room is clean. Since i arrived at 7am the man at reception said i am allowed to check in after 2pm only. Later i convinced him that will check out by tonight, he managed to provide " just cleaned" room (thanks for that) and i checked out 10pm same day.

I booked 2 ac double beds rooms. They gave 4 bed single room. Ac was not working, they didn't respond even after complaining. No wifi.

Bathroom lock is not working room smell is not good Heater is working and AC is working that's it TV not worked after raised a complaint they have repaired it

Room is ok to stay, no drinking water provided.

I am a regular customer of mmt and very disappointed with this booking. Very bad experience from you. It was a small room that was not cleaned & bathroom was pathetic. The towels provided were very unhygienic. Not recommended to all.

Its like a 2nd class lodge, not good for family. Not much clean but for a one day one person can adjust.
