As usual it was a pleasant stay. Morning breakfast and hospitality was too great. Even their rooms and cleanliness we can give 100 /100.

Very nice service, food and location. Hotel staff everyone respons to us. Excellent management. Birthday celebration arrangements also very nice. Excellent 👌👌👌 preparation.

I was impressed with the staff and their warm welcome. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast selection was limited; having stayed and I felt it really needs an upgrade in both taste and variety. The sambhar was excessively spicy—I've never had such a spicy sambhar in a five-star hotel. Additionally, the rooms were small and felt quite suffocating. The water in the bathroom seemed to have something mixed in it, which made me feel sticky after bathing or washing my hands, rather than clean. I booked two rooms for four people, but for some reason, I had to accommodate three people in one room and one person in another. I was also charged for an extra bed, even though I had already paid for two rooms for four people, which I believe is not ethical. Despite these issues, I would definitely consider visiting again. I loved the location and the overall vibe.

Room was clean and tidy .. neat washroom and choice of food is also good. Smooth check in and check out .. they permitted late check out , free of cost

Room tariff is very high one of my friend Sayed same hotel same day and same time we checked in hi got business class for 5400 and I paid 6300 but it’s a normal one

Location is good on the Bangalore highway Room ambience was Excellent Wash room was neat and tidy - couldn't find Hair dryer - it is missing Food - Buffet dinner at Tangerine was horrible - Taste, hotness of food is absent - Better skip this restaurant food Morning breakfast was Average - Again taste and fresh steaming hot food is missing Overall this facility is good for stay but not good for food - Take food outside and stay here

I'm the regular customer of this hotel. Had a pleasant and peaceful stay

Hotel is everything you expect out of a raddison. Food was great, Gym was well equipped, wifi coverage though could use some improvement the room that i got only had wifi coverage till the entrance post that i had to rely on my own mobile network. Hotel sync with booking can also improve. Apparently they rely on manual system updates post the booking is made from apps like MMT. Which resulted in check-in delay

The rooms were really spacious and kept clean. The buffet had a variety of dishes that looked and tasted really good!

The hotel was neat. The staff were extremely friendly. Right from the valet to the check in and room service staff. The food was also great. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you are stopping over at Salem.

My experience was excellent, in that the Room was neat and tidy, staff were very courteous, the restaurant / food was good. The room service was excellent.
