Not satisfied. No room service. Intercom did not work, tv was not working. Not upto our expectations. Very bad experience.

Located on the main road, close to few of the spiritual temples. Staff are very polite and helpful. Car parking is available.Executive Rooms were clean and spacious. Attached restaurant is also there.

The rooms don't have a/c. Need to open the windows for some some air flow. Will also let the mosquitoes in but. Over all its a run-down place that needs better maintenance. Not very clean. But everything worked except the a/c

The hotel did not have a good support staff and very bad front office management. No phone no one to take care of me.

Looks like old lodge! taps and restrooms in poor condition. Need a renovation. Not worth for money. Power socket in restroom in bad condition danger for kids.

After my last feedback on mm t the hotel seemed to improve their service a bit and my last stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. Now it's gone back to old state. Even water is not complementary which used to be in the previous days. Food service is often denied with reasons like staff not available. Food menu is a joke, you would be lucky if they agree to serve you. Hotel is not very clean either cockroaches and lizards frequently will roam in the room, and you need to remind them, to clean.

Sivaranjani hotel can be comfortable and safe and room service also awsome. So convinent to stay bed is comfortable to sleep and air conditioning awesome. That's all

Sivaranjani hotel can be good comfortable and good room service and rooms and bathroom are comfortable. All r good rooms and a/c can be chilled so no negative points all are good. You just got referred for a chance to win my cash!

It is one of the lodges established decades ago in erode. The room is spacious but maintenance is below average. Age old lift is being used. Its bit scary. Located in centre of the town.

Let me start by saying that the stay was good overall but i'm not entirely happy. I stayed in the executive ac room and the room itself was clean and nice with good space and lighting. But some of the walls had black marks and spots in places. The bathroom tiles are covered in something like white soap suds and i don't think anybody has scrubbed/polished them recently. Same for the chrome of the pipes, all clearly showing signs of age and use. Old toilet which have scuffs and marks that cannot be cleaned off. Room service is good. When requested to the reception, they are supporting and send the boys to clean, collect waste, serve coffee and other services you might require. Laundry service is available too. The hotel building itself is quite old so some of the mid floor windows have cobwebs on the other side. The lift is very old and rickety. Its the old one with chain like sliding doors. It sounds you are riding down into the underbelly of a monster. So overall, if you are expecting some luxury and utmost cleanliness & pristine environment, hotel sivaranjini isn't for you. But for quite an average stay with friendly staff and good room service, it's ok.
