extremely customer friendly staff, they went out of their way to provide food for us even though their kitchen was closed. amazing ambience, room was clean and warmly maintained with all the facilities at an affordable price. I will recommend this place to all our friends and family.

Lack of transparency in billing

Hotel yes SR Palani We booked through MakeMyTrip. The room was clean and hygienic. They mentioned 24/7 room service, but charged ₹186 for it without prior info as an extra service charge without a bill, even though taxes also were paid online. No ironing, even no chair in the room as they mentioned in Classic Triple room. Stay was okay, but not fully satisfied due to lack of transparency in billing and missing basic amenities.

Staff is very kind and helpful informative. Senthil is helping us with right info. Food is good and tasty. Room is good neat and hygiene. Location is good on the main road. Near to the temple 2 to 3 KM. You can go by your vehicle or fetch an auto for Rs 150.

Good standard room with all basic facilities like, AC, fan, coffe/tea maker along with kit, 24 hours hot water, toileteries. Car parking facility. Veg restaurant. 10 minutes drive to Palani Murugan temple. Facility to lock bath room from outside should be provided. Only automatic door closing latch is there which does not close the bath room completely.

coupleIt's a fantastic hotel by location, private car parking and an attached ground floor restaurant. You can leave your car here and take an auto to reach murugan temple in 5 min. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The restaurant offers excellent food. I recommend this hotel if someone wishes to stay for a day.
