After paid the full amount to mmt. Hotel management won't allow me to stay then again i have paid the the amount to the hotel. I don't want discount. I want my full refund as i have paid two times the amount

Terrible Stay
I couldn’t found my booking at hotel. Very bad experience of using makemytrip total waste of money. I can’t even cancel my booking. No one pick the helpline no. I suggest all of you never use this app.

The Stay was good, the location was very easily accessible near the metro Station, the property was clean, rooms were good, comfortable, facilities were there but not that much, overall a good Stay and a recommended property for short trips.
