Property was good, food was also awesome, but the essential items such as soap, shampoo, towel, drinking water wasn't provided, wifi was there but no coverage inside the rooms, no tv set in the room, very small geyser (1ltr) which took almost 15 minutes to fill one bucket. Beach is almost 2/3 kilometres from property. More room to improve the services.

hi, I had booked 2 rooms at the Sulochana resort in Shiroda with the name Neha M, and booking but after reaching the resort we were informed that only 1 room has been booked and we had to pay extra for another room as we checked in late night. We're very unhappy with this inconvenience caused as we reached around 1:30 at night and we did not get the room it was very difficult We paid extra and the resort people told us that they only got the message of 1 room from the end, But later they checked their mail and refunded the extra money we paid for the order room. But this was the worst experience, as this was my first time booking a hotel through this app, but I might not try it again. I would request for a compensation for the inconvenience caused. The rooms were also not upto the mark, they asked us not to use AC or even the swimming pool, it was not clean and hygiene. Very disappointed
