Hello Madam You very well knew Electricity was not there in entire village for 2 days due heavy rains. Red alert was also issues. We had informed you at time of check in only regarding same. Everything works on generator except AC. We were not sure when electricity would come, We requested you to cancle booking with refund, Maybe you misunderstood us .Refund was possible ,thats reason we had given you option to cancle room .

It's very odd location. If anybody give me free trip in this resort, will never go. No security, many rooms are available but hotel staff are not allowed to use that room and gives us odd room which is doesn't have security and asking high amount for front site room. They mentioned in MMT that rooms are on sea facing but no, rooms are on back side and having french door with no security. We all family suffer a lot. This is worst experience I had ever. Please don't go in this resort.

Hello sakshi After checking your booking we found out you had booked base category Beach Cottage Non ac.If you are booking non ac cottage ,then how do you expect hotel to give you beach facing ac apartment for Free.Secondly Nowehere it is mentioned in MMt that beach cottages are sea facing.We expect guest to check while booking room.LASTLY there are two locks to french window ,how many more locks can we provide.

Hello sir as per booking details Guest had booked 2 non ac cottages.if Guest want ac room we cant give it for same price.Guest will have to pay difference amount which guest did not want to pay

it's very poor experience because rooms are not valuable as took money and not shown in the pictures. no facilities are available as per given while booking. I strongly recommend stay in arambol which is near by 20 min and visit to shiroda. I left my room next day which I have booked for two days. even they didn't asked why you are living one day before and no refund because no refund policy.

familyAll surrounding images are not uploaded. Staffs are not supportive. Rooms are not shown as per images and videos. property location is difficult to find. Also meals are not available in near by location. due to some reasons we had asked them to upgrade the room but they had denied though the rooms was available. No street lights are available and also loadsheding problem in property. we had booked because it was near by sea. we had booked 2 rooms for 7 persons but they had recorded in register only one room for 4 persons. overall my stay was terrible.

Hello team Guest had booked for 4 people and 7 people came at property. Guest voucher had also mentioned 4 people.Guest was not ready to pay for extra person and also wanted upgraded room for free.

the initial room provided lacked a tv, and after raising a complaint, we were shifted to another room, which, unfortunately, also lacked an intercom. basic amenities like a dental kit and toilet paper were missing, and there were no blankets provided—just a single bedsheet. the washrooms were dirty, adding to the discomfort. a group of bachelors staying at the resort created a highly unpleasant environment by occupying the pool, drinking liquor, smoking, playing inappropriate songs, and behaving indecently in their underwear while spitting in the pool. this made it extremely unhygienic and unsuitable for families. despite complaints to the caretaker, no action was taken. the resort lacked a proper restaurant and only had a small, unclean canteen offering unhygienic food, which we avoided. additionally, there was a power outage around 4 a.m., and the generator was not turned on for 45-50 minutes. overall, i would not recommend this resort, especially for families..

familyElectricity gone almost for 3 hrs in the night could not sleep at all. It was very suffocating inside the cottage. Food was ok ok. No intercom facility inside room. Washroom was clean. Location is superb. Night time, single light also not there on beach as well as on road, so little scary to walk to nearby restaurants or something

familyVery average rooms. Bathrooms were not clean. We got room on 3rd floor and it was without lift. No intercom facility, every-time you have to come down on the ground floor for everything. Food was good staff is good
