The room condition was okay, but the service quality was terrible. I was not able to get any response regarding the poor room Wi-Fi speed and the broken calling bell, which was not working from the beginning, even within the three night stays. The room service was also very poor—they frequently forgot our food orders. One night, they almost closed the restaurant without serving our food. Fortunately, I happened to be downstairs at the time and had to insist they arrange something so we wouldn't have to starve that night. The receptionist charged us to allow a late check-out of just 2 hours. We needed a C form for FRRO purposes, but they intentionally delayed it, citing server issues. Finally, they denied providing it altogether, claiming that the FRRO had instructed them not to issue it.
These issues are completely unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount of money.
