When I reached hotel, i got to know there is no room available

Rooms were not properly cleaned and were stinking…Will not recommend this hotel if you are travelling with family

The hotel is not maintained at all. Room & linen are dirty. The pictures don't match room size & conditions. Breakfast is also average & staff is not supportive. I don't recommend this hotel.

early check in was not available even after ready for extra payment.

Good ambience but need to improve restaurant breakfast in continental dishes to increase consumer orientation.

I stayed there for two days, two complaints i report is 1 the toilet seat is not properly fitted 2. The food served on the first day was not up to the mark when compared to the second day. (it was too salty.

Most horrible experience. They gave me the room keys and when i entered, room was not made up. It was left as it is, by previous guest. When i complained, they changed my room which was with gutka packets uncleanness. They again changed my room, and it was full of cigarette smell. Would never come back here

Not a single thing has been delivered that has been mentioned in booking. In the name of superior room at such a price service rendered was very pathetic. No tea kit, no towel, no sanitary kit, old & torn bed linen. Wash room was very dirty. But the check out was in time, they will call you well in advance to vacate the rooms. Food was not upto the mark. the hotel are hand in gloves in cheating travellers.

The hotel staff were very prompt to remind about the check out schedule. The service which were missing however was no toilet kit, no tea kit, no towel, bed linen were torn & old. Washroom was very untidy & required a lot of cleaning. Everything was missing but reminder was well in time for check out, even though there were late checking by 10:00 pm, the staffs ensured you check out in time. I really liked the punctuality & reminder call for check out, keep it up. Please do not think about any amenities but make sure every guest check out on time.

Good, breakfast complimentary need to provide continental food. It is missing in the hotel. Hosptiality is good

Overall it was a good experience. Staff were friendly. Rooms were neat and clean. It was worth a stay.

The hotel was good. Good food. Clean and excellent location. Majestic bus stand is near by walking distance.

Room is average. Not properly maintained. No tea cups or materials. No soap for bathing. The restaurant even though available did not even provide a soup when asked for. Dull staff

The location was good, cleanliness was also nice, smooth check-in and check-out, they should improve in their buffet breakfast.

The rooms are very clean and spaces best stay for business as well as family buffet breakfast is also good 10 mins from majestic by cab

Waste of money. For this rate the room was not clean. I had to change the bedsheets. Breakfast was bad. Overall experience was worst.

Rooms were clean and service was good. Staff were humble and rooms were exactly shown in the pics. The hotel is in the main area with easy access to malls and other attractions. Highly recommend
