The very worst behaviour

There is too much noise, and the wine shop is located on the ground floor. The property has no parking area, no Wi-Fi, and the room is very compact.

I had check-out in 30minutes of check in very worst ever experience 1,ground floor bar is so unprofessional 2,non supportive staff 3,staff came to beat me for asking to help me with mobile charger for 10minutes 4,had wasted 1.5k which is worst ever lodge i had seen in my professional journy 5,highly not recommended, because of this act i will stop using makemy trip (please take this issue as serious)

Location was congested, no proper guidance on vehicle parking. In terms of rules, it's pathetic. The receptionist never informed that we cannot checkout before 8am. Check-in isn't flexible too. They asked us to check-in before 1am which is difficult for us as it was a marriage function. We just felt like a prison where we must listen to the hotel's nonsense rules. No amenities. No brush, paste, shampoo, handwash. Rooms were just okay with bad smell. Washrooms were too small to take bath. The people there were not helpful but rude. Bar right beside the room entrance. No amenities provide which was mentioned. AC is there they insisted to should not turn on .

The facilities in the property (AC, Water Heater) were not working and the staff were not cooperative. The locality is also not recommended.

The residence wasn't allowed to stay.

Staff was polite but made odd comments. No basic amenities, no water provided. Ambience was also poor.

Very bad service untidy bad beds booked looking at the nearest hotel but very very disappointed don’t list such hotels

The person incharge is very humble and helpful. Neatly maintained.

Clean rooms. However there is no caretaker to open the gate in night if customers come in late, the numbers on makemytrip booking doesn't work

This is a very bad hotel, their staff is very poor, especially the manager along with his support staff, manager does not manner of talking to the customers, the manager behaved rudely with me, overall it is very bad.

Ac was there in itinerary but hotel owner denied for ac. Tv was having no remote, checked at reception they said it's not working although it's a new property, good for last minute stay, but not for long days comfortable stay. It's like just to manage few nights there. I don't have images
