nice location. service not upto the mark. nice and clean room. even though, ground floor restaurant food is good.

The low price might attract you the first time but remember this, you will tread your sanity for that price. Your stay here will make never forget his awful experience. You might think what could be so bad about it. Well let me share you my experience. At first when we arrived, they disregarded our booking and denied our entry. Later after a bit of a hastle it was found that their staff was at fault and he was the one who didn't know how to check for customer. Well after that when it came to room allotment. We were offered a room which had a faulty lock, we demanded to change the room then a second room was alloted , here the AC was faulty, we again changed the room and in this room there was no ceiling fan. The blanket and the room was also bit dirty. Such a cheap and contemptible experience should not be experienced by any of the guest. By this time we knew we will have a hefty experience in our hand. I strongly recommend MAKE MY TRIP not to showcase this property through their platform. Reception is terrible. Denying that the booking was made and refused to allot room in spite of showing voucher. Later they realised their mistake and alloted room. Really horrible.

There was no food available, the person in charge told us that we should tell them what to get, and from where and they will get when they can and they will charge for that. Bedsheets were not cleaned. There was no room service and clean water wasn't available either. Except the floor, and the cupboard, nothing was clean

We were in need of extra hours stay before the check-in time. When we called the front desk ,they said that when we reach there ,they will arrange for it for extra pay The day we reached Blore around 6 am,it was difficult to find the location and reached another location. We verified the check-in details and found that it was not the property we booked. When we called Super townhouse they said not to reach there as they didn't have space then. So we had to look for another accommodation to freshen up ourselves After that we thought of dropping the luggage in Super townhouse and go for the work we had, but there was no such place seen . When we called them again they told it was by the name of SLV bar and comforts. The front office agreed to keep our baggage . When we returned around 4 pm ,the three bedded room was allotted. Room only was looking good with no pillow covers, remotes for tv n ac, with no water bottles but had a fan with bended leaves which we didn't dare to switch on After requesting few times we got one towel for 3 people and a soap. Good that we carried tooth brushes and toothpaste. Morning breakfast we got at around 10 am with no tea or coffee, but with 3 water bottles. Lift was also not working when we checked in, but the boys helped us to carry the luggage till second floor Seeing the star rating only we booked the Super townhouse, but was very much disappointed
