I have booked 2 rooms online and by mistake I have selected 2 members where we were three members to be checking in... stay still the hotel charged me extra 3000 for that small mistake I have done.... usually 2 members are allowed in one room still they made me pay extra which is not fair ...the staff should understand customer situation and help them in such cases instead of charging unnecessary amount... and the food in resturant is terrible...not good at all I preferred eating outside throughout my stay... so better not to add any extra meal during booking

Disappointed with my stay I had high hopes for this hotel , but unfortunately my experience was far from pleasant . The bathroom had as foul odor and hot water not available and taps are not serviced.service of AC was lacking . Food was not delicious as per the price charged I expected much better for the price I paid. Ventilation is the main issue for fresh air. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others . Overall , I expected much better stay for the price I paid
