It's nice place and clean. The hotel staff is very good the service is very clean and good

The hotel ambience is safe for staying with family. It is located near to the central railway station.auto, uber is easily available.

no hot water available after 6 am...if you want to bathe after 6 am you won't get hot water.. behaviour of the staff and the owner was very unfriendly

Very bad experience. Hot water for bathing was provided only at 6 am. And not after that. The owner was not at all guest friendly

Main advantage of this hotel is central location in between Chennai Central and chennai egmore railway station. this is suitable to business travelers only

Manager shri raman is very helpful and guided us throughout the stay regarding food, site seeing, travel in the city, precaution etc. Please do the needful to fix exhaust fan in toilet. Thanks

Very tiny room. No wardrobe to keep your dresses. No restaurant, every time you need to eat (even tea, you have to go out side the hotel. No proper window-views.

Room service is quite good. While booking breakfast complement they mentioned but in stay they told not available. Apart from this everything is fine. Room is neat and clean staff behavior is very calm.

He gave me early morning check in, location is good nice stay, especially the breakfast is unlimited and delicious, h amble and co operative reception staff. Over all good property to stay.

We booked a short stay at sri sai park, chennai through makemytrip. We paid in advance and also got a confirmation msg from makemytrip. On reaching the venue the hotel refused to give the room citing non availability of rooms. We had to run pillar to post looking for hotels at night with family. Never trust make my trip booking. Very unprofessional.

I stayed for a day. The room is too small. They had asked for extra money for one guest which is very irrelevant. No bed sheets provided. Cupboards are very dirty so not of use. The bathroom window was open. Anybody from the opposite building could easily and casual look in. Bad management.
