the booking amount that’s mentioned isn’t true. they charge extra for the booking. rooms are quite good imo

the ac was not working. found bed bugs in the room and reported to the reception desk. no basic soap/towels for use. overall not a great experience 😕

Rooms are very specious but the pillow cover bed sheets were very dirty washrooms were not so clean there is no towel stand on bathrooms some of the door doesn’t have handle only pros - bus stand is near to the hotel

They didn't provide any facilities such as wifi, dental kit and provided only one towel for the two person room. The service they provided is not satisfied not even asked whether we require anything. Room is neat apart from that don't expect anything over there.

This is a very good place. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. I like this apartment very much. It's a very safe and calm place. We will always stay here when come vellore

The bed sheet was not good, the wall paint was not good , the rest room was 👍 good. The staff didn't inform me about the check out time and told me that I used an extra two hours.i left the room by 09:30 hrs.

Staff's were very polite and kind. Rooms were spacious, limited place for car parking.

The room were not that clean and the hotel management asked us to pay extra charge for room cleaning. The beedsheet was also not clean. Good stay for one day.

While we visited the hotel there is no proper timing for allotting room and water is not available in room for drinking and they are charging for water and asking money for room service while leaving the hotel and ac is not working properly, noise is coming from ac and cooling is not upto the mark

Super maintenance and friendly staff with all facilities wifi, hot water, ac, lift and parking. Neat and clean washrooms

Rooms are smelly not provided towels and bathroom taps were leakage also not clean

The hotel has good and clean rooms. The reception person mr. Sunil had a cheerful and courteous gesture. He was ready to help and assist. The transit to all locations are near and accessible. Bus stand is walk away. Overall good 5* hope they will maintain the rooms same.
