    1. No complementary breakfast was given as mentioned in the package. 2. No toiletries were given 3. Rooms were not having any ventilation. 4. After checking out I asked to keep the luggage near reception for a few hours so they kept it but in the end they charged me for this. 5. Rooms were not given on time. I had to keep waiting. 6. For everything we had to ask separately like towel dustbin etc. 7. They took 1000 rs in cash as refundable deposit. Overall a bad experience.
