I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. The room and blankets were smelly, and there were visible dirt marks on the bedsheet and blanket. I informed the reception, but nothing improved. The bathroom exhaust wasn’t working either. Most shocking was when I called the next day about the shorts and brand-new t-shirt I accidentally left behind, the hotel staff casually told me that the maid had already converted the t-shirt into a swiping cloth. I’m not even sure what they did with the shorts. This level of carelessness and hygiene is unacceptable.
