    Terrible Stay at Arivinda Nivas, Puri

    I booked my stay at Arivinda Nivas, Puri through Despite payingfor two AC Deluxe Rooms for six days, the property and services were far below expectations and did not match Key issues faced: No basic amenities such as dental kits or toiletries. Poor housekeeping; rooms were unclean and poorly maintained. Only one towel provided per room despite double occupancy. No intercom facility — guests had to walk to the counter for food orders. Unhygienic restaurant conditions with no wash basins or soaps.
