However, non-vegetarian cooking is not allowed, auto/toto charges from swargadwar beach are high, and there are restrictions on managing sand after a sea bath. This home stay is good. And you will get everything you need in working condition to stay on vacation. Narayan ji is a fatherly figure to all visitors, he contacts us before we checkin itself and provide the necessary to reach the homestay safely without any problem. And he also shares good local autos details for in and around puri, special mention to dharani bhai who is a good and trustworthy man, he even took us to good restaurants and showed us all tourist places for a good price.

It was clean, stylish, roomy homestay with excellent service and great value for money and service was osam temple is around 1. 6km sea 3 km.

I booked it through mmt, the weather of puri is very hot and humid in may so i booked 2 ac rooms. But when we checked in the owner told us that ac won't work and trip often because of electricity issues. We said that please give us some other room but he didn't agree. Then we tried to cancel the rest of booking and he said ki itni garmi h puri me aap kahi bhi jao ac nhi chalega, and then i booked some other homestay and that was too good.

The homestay owner is very rude in nature, ac is not working as he said that there is a fluctuation of voltages and my small child and rest of my family suffered. I told the owner to solve the ac problem and he told that the voltage problem wil be there and he cannot solve it. There was damp smell in the rooms, the speed of the fans was also very less.

Room was clean. Well vantilated. Owner was nice. Only problem was the location of the room was far from sea and nearly 1km from temple.

This place is so safe and good for family. Owner of this house is also very well behaved. Location wise little difficult to arrive but you can contact owner before hiring auto for smooth end to end arrival. Over all very good experience

It was a pleasant stay at sudhas kutir. Narayan dais uncle guided us from ranchi to puri in best way. Room were well maintained and shared kitchen was very much helpful to prepare tea, snacks to warm water, every kind of utensils were provided. It was a nice experience to stay in homely environment.

I stayed at SudhaKuteer for 3 days with my parents and our experience there was amazing !Uncle and Aunty treated us so well that we felt at home istantly. They even went out of their way and helped us with our itenary. One of the other best thing about this place is we ckuldy watch Shri Jagannath Ji's temple.dhwaja from our room, balcony and terrace! Will recommend.this to every one planning to visit Jagannath
