It was a nice and secure stay with all basic amenities. One can easily opt to walk or ride a rickshaw. Both E-rickshaws and paddle rickshaws are available anytime. As the location has a narrow street therefore cars or auto rickshaw cannot go through the lanes.Just a 8-10 minutes of walk to Jagannath Mandir from Swarna Bhawan. Grocery stores are just beside the homestay. And online food delivery platforms like swiggy , zomato are available in the location. Basically all the famous spots like Gundicha Temple, Swargadwar, Golden Beach or Blue flag beach takes 15-20 minutes on a auto rickshaw from the main street(entry point) to the homestay. The entry to the homestay from the main street hardly takes 5 minutes on a rickshaw. It was indeed a memorable stay.

This stay is quite near to shree mandir which was too convenient for darshan. The rooms were of decent size and clean for a family of 4-5 people. The front patio offered greeneries and ample size for your laundry. Overall it was quite a good experience as it made much more sense to be near the temple and visit as many time and as per your desire and convenience.

The property is surely good & convenient in view of visiting main Temple which just 5 mins away. Only concern is the difficulties to reach from taxi stand since they are not allowed inside. Every time getting battery Auto is very costly & unavailability. Rest all are very nice & enjoyable. My family was happy on the Accomodation except on the above...

Yes. any accomodation within 1 km. radius of Lord's temple is restricted due to various traffic and security protocols but the facility and love to see Lord Jagannath n-no of time when one stay just 200 M away surpass the small restrictions. Yes like same as other spiritual places auto are expensive and they charge 250 for 3 km. Alternative is public transport / Auto till security baricade for which they charge just 120/- and walking out the last 600 M which many devotee do so.
