Rooms Are clean, Food is much hygienic Good. Staff is well supported.

There is no basic facilities. No towel, No soaps/ toiletries/ no free drinking water.actually staff didn't care what you want or need. we booked 3 rooms. 1 room is completely smelly. we requested to change it. instead of this they use Room freshener for two times.after some time we figure out the smell & Kambal which was clearly disturbing. That means they didn't clean room properly before they hand over to guest. we just stayed for 12 hours to do the puja & Darshan. That's why we didn't argue much.

Hotel was awesome 👍😎 the staff was really appreciable bhut ache se service dete hai...khana bhut hi jyada tasty hai bhale hi rate jyada lge but the taste...mtlb 4 hotel k ikk taste or inka ikk trf mtlb bhut acha or rate bhi kafii reasonable hai online booking bhut achi hoti hai krlo to discount mil jata haii...pandit jiii bhut ache hai mhool bhut acha hai lgta hi nhi hai hotel stay kiya haiii ghar wali full vibe upar se beach or jagannath temple 500mtr ki doori pr hai bhut hi kam time m walk krke phuch jate haii.....or tour trip ki service bhi haiii....love it everything.

vegetarian food and its quality is excilent , staff and management is very good. If anyone visits puri for Darshan of bhagwan jaggannath, then it is the right place for stay. property is at walking distance from temple, sea Beach and gobardhan math ( Sankaracharay niwas )

the room provide 3 rd floor and no lift avilable in hotel

No channels were available there, no bathing items like soap and shampoo provided with room, not even a towel, check out time didn't extended as we late checked in ( as mmt says it can be extended at hotel by talking to manager) and most imp, its a hotel/ lodge so it must open 24 hrs to get in at late night but owner said they will close and lock main gate at 11 pm, thats was very rude...

The location of the hotel, room cleanliness, hospitality of staffs including manager and owner, ambience, Sattik foods which were served always hot and fresh made our puri trip too much comfortable. Specially devotees should stay here to experience the terrace view of Jagannath temple and have fresh food anytime they want.

The hotel ambience is obviously good as well as location But veg food provided to us is too costly

It was a very bad experience… The hotel is quite far from the sea beach and the temple — you have to walk a long distance to reach there. The hotel is located inside a local residential area. The service was very poor — there was a 3–4 hour power cut, and even after raising the issue multiple times, none of the hotel staff acknowledged it. The problem was only solved after raising a complaint on MakeMyTrip. Outside food is not allowed in the hotel, and their own food is of very low quality — just like simple homemade rice and sabji

The stuffs where extremely slow. They would take lot of time to serve the pre ordered food. Even after that , the order would come in parts and sometimes some items would be over even if that was pre-ordered. Inside the room, the bathroom door was broken, the fan regulator was not working. It would only run at full speed. We told them, but noone cared. The geyser doesn't work. There is a common geyser in first floor and we had to fetch it in a bucket from there. The manager is rude. We were frustrated and went to complain, he said why are u raising ur voice. We would never stay here again
