Room was okay and spacious but dirty- the walls, cupboards, bedsheet. They didn't care to give it a clean up before handing over the room. It felt like the room was unused for a long time. No hangers or door hangers provided, which was again a mismanagement of the basic needs.

our Room no was 208, they did not clean it everyday... The television is not working..when I informed them but did not take care of it... last time I gave an order for Panner butter Masala,they gave me Matar Panner without informing me.. which taste is so terrible. I have a suggestion for "Make My Trip" please verify what ever you promise in booking time to make sure your Customer will get that my overall experience is not good.

Unorganized place!! First off, it is very difficult to find this property, and secondly, when I reached there, there was nobody at the reception at 8AM. After several minutes, couple of people showed up very sleepy and they could not find my booking through MMT. I had to go outside and find another hotel for my stay.

It was pleasant. There are some Goods and Bads. - Goods - 1. Clean corridors and rooms 2. Water services 3. Fresh Veg platter 4. Easy to reach both Beach and Jagannath Temple 5. Behaviour of the staffs Bads - 1. Mosquitoes 2. The placement of bed according to the fan 3. The bathrooms are somewhat not clean and convenient 4. The cupboard and Drawers are loose 5. The T.V. is not working Ultimately , it's a mix feeling of good and bad, but mostly good. For 2-3 days, it's a pleasant experience. Please visit the hotel.

When I went to the sea beach I lost my hotel key. I am very much afraid of what will happen. When I told them they assured me "don't worry sir we have no duplicate key we have to be broken that lock. Believe me they didn't charge any extra charges for that. Secondly the behaviour of every staff is mind blowing Thirdly, the sea beach difference from the hotel is the maximum 500m Fourthly, the location is not in a prime location but the hotel room is very much nice and clean.
