NIRMAN- Beach Homestay

The room was sufficient.my hotel view is sea facing... amezing

I, with my family stayed at Nirman beach homestay for 3 days. It has nothing to speak of apart from its location. Poor maintenance. In the room just a slab and sink as the kitchen. In comparison to my previous homestay experience it was very upsetting. The building is like an old Govt Student hostel without supervision. However the sea is visible partially from room and beautifully from roof.. The mistress is well behaved.

If someone wants to enjoy sea, it's ok. It's a two - minute walk from the homestay. But far from the market and also from the Jagannath Dev Temple. The way of the homestay staff wasn't at all friendly. None of the staff came to enquire about our requirements during our stay. The owner of the property appeared once on the day of check-out just to tell us to vacate the room in time. Most painful experience was that my son faced bowel troubles on the last day and the owner was requested to supply him a plate of plain rice, boiled dal and boiled potato , she easily bypassed the matter and suggested us to take it from any outside food corner. She seemed to be heartless!! Thank you.

very nice stay.I can see the seabeach and waves from my room. This room is so specious. 4-5 people can stay comfortablely. The service is good.

My experience at Nirman Beach Home Stay was good. We reached the property at around 10 pm. The owner Dr Mitanjali Dash received us. Our room was on the first floor which was very peaceful. I had my septuagenarian father & mother with me. AC was good. Kitchenette was good. Bathroom was good too. 24 hour Electric supply. Only objection was the quality of beds provided. Otherwise all good.

The stay was amazing a nice host Dr Mita was a good host washroom was clean the view was nice both the rooms with clean bedsheets and blankets would recommend this place

Property location was good in terms of proximity to the beach. Approach was difficult to access. AC was not working. No action was taken even after complaining. Although property owner was polite and helpful.

Will describe in bullet points for easy reading 1 . The location is in prime place where you will access to all your needs. 2. I have got the Sea view ..which is awesome 3. You can go to beach in less than 2 mins by walk 4. Rooms are well maintained 5 . Ac is working fine 6. No water problem 7. You can swiggy anything and will reach your place less than 20 mins. 8 . Highly recommended for families.

Tried Niman Homestay the 1st time and Homestays was the 1st. Spent the best time 1 .Good Services 2. Easy location 3. Fantastic Balcony seaview 4. Well organised neat and clean Ambience 5. Better than my home 🏡 😁 Atleast 6. Staff behaviour and very easy to locate and they give very valuable inputs on your tour 7. Location is really amazing, sea view is absolutely amazing, just 2 things : Firstly, it would have been great if there was lift as it will help aged people and secondly, washroom should have exhaust.

The owner was extremely friendly and also helped us with anything we needed or asked for. The location of this hotel is not very much far from the Puri Railway Station which makes travel easier and also the beach was like 10 steps away. The room had a sea view along with a little kitchen and clean bathroom and toilet. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Nirman beach homestay, We will remember this for sure. The room was amazing and beach was very near from the stay. Our room had every facility from Fridge,RO to AC. Highly recommeded to the family trip.

very nice stay. owner is very friendly and helpful. very good sea view from both rooms. beach is around 100metres. the beach is clean and not so busy. we had a feel of south goa in this place.👍🏼

Fridge should be added in room

Upon reaching the property we allotted a room which is not beach facing. Then we spoke to the owner of the property they shfited us to the beach facing property. The property is nice but there are a lot of issues we faced. The room we stay smelling really bad. The bathrooms are also not neat and smelling bad. The quality of bed wasn't good. The a/c external unit the water outlet was not connected to drain and was up, so all our dried cloths got wet when we switched on the a/c. When you take this room must aware that you will get only the room. Nothing else. At all. Even the water bottle they charge.

Wonderful l experience staying with my family sea view room, with balcony on 2nd and 1st floor room have heavenly view of sea from balcony & room including kitchen as well. Host is very cooperative feel like staying at home. I will again want to re visit. Adjacent beach, sea wave is awesome highly reccomanded staying with family or group of families, you can enjoy own cooked food, all necessary items of making food available in the lane also option for multiple pue veg and non veg restaurant with in 5 minutes walking distance
