"i am extremely dissatisfied with everything. The property is not a hotel, but a housing society located in a remote area. I would not recommend it to travelers who are looking for a short stay and are relying on public transportation. Unlike hotels, you won't receive any services, and it's unlikely that you'll find any staff on hand to assist you. During our stay, it was raining outside, and we requested morning tea from the staff, but they refused. The most disappointing experience was when we checked in on december 25th at 3 pm, and the owner asked us to check out on december 27th at 7:30 am, despite our booking being for three days and two nights"there was no cleanliness of the rooms and washroom. The assets are broken. The refrigerator is not functioning

Overall the experience was average. Here are the good and bad things I have experienced during my stay Good things 1. Mr. was quick and always available over the phone for any kind of assistance. also there was a caretaker who is staying inside the complex and will help you if you call him over the phone. 2. The area is peaceful. You can relax. 3. Has free access to the kid's park. My 3 yr old enjoyed the park 4. U can have a nice walk in the evening. 5. Sea beach is around 1 Km from the hotel, however this beach is not the main golden beach. 6. Own vehicle is recommended, if not u will get rented bikes, e rikshaw just outside the building gate Bad Things 1. Although in Booking details, the room is mentioned as Swimming pool views, in reality no such thing is found. When asked Mr., said that the trees must have grown up, so the swimming pool is not visible 🥲🥲 2. The room was full of mouse shit. In fact we encountered a mouse which ate our biscuits packet . Terrible. 3. Window AC has a lot of gaps through which mosquitoes used to enter during evening 4. The window AC remote was not working and the caretaker is well aware of the same. still nothing done to rectify it. So basically u can't change the temperature, or switch off. Every time u have u on or off the main switch. 5. If you order food from Zomato, then u have to ask the caretaker every time to collect the packet from the main gate as delivery guys are not allowed inside the complex. From my room the main gate is around 300 MTR. 6. The swimming pool is chargeable, 100 rs each and every time u have to pay if you exit the swimming pool main gate. 7. All the outside Premises of the building is very badly maintained, dirty which will not give u a hygienic vibe. Overall I would say at this price range, I was expecting a better experience since I have stayed in many kinds of hotel/ home stays. Requesting Mr. pls repair all the room locks, balcony door, take care of the mouse issue. rest ok. cheers.

Not good, lift is not working. In side the room was also not properly maintained. Please verify properly before recommending your customer.

A beautiful and comfortable homestay with all amenities. The best part is it has a fully setup kitchen with microwave where you can cook easily. We will surely visit again. Thanks nigam for all your support! we will visit again.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils are all present as told prior to booking. Prompt service received for any issues. Well mannered staffs. I have already reffered two of my friends. Overall excellent stay.

Flat was well furnished and extremely clean. We had a good stay with our family without any issues. The service is at utmost satisfaction. Overall had the best stay over here.

Location - little far from center of the city, sargadwar market area and beach. This is near light house in puri. The nearest beach is lighthouse beach which is lesser crowded than swargadwar beach. If you have 10-15 minutes time then you can easily walk to the light house beach. Transport - cars, auto service is available just beside the property gate ( krisna sea sight) and nearly 24/7 available and they are very helpful. R fare is fixed - mandir 200, beach 150, station 300. Propert - it is not any hotel, but it is like your own separated flat with 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony and dining cum kitchen area with geyser, ac, 2 fridges, inverter, kuchen cabinet full with utensils, dish and spoon and dishwash soap. No hazard we face locating the property as this area is well-known as the biggest hotel. Pool, restaurants ( standard food and quantity), park are there. 1 thing there is no reception - completely self service based. Still a very good place for stay.

A full comfortable stay away from home with kitchen feel like staying in our own home

This homestay is in a very secluded portion of puri traveling is very difficult which is compounded by property rules of not allowing entry to vehicles the ac model is very backdated and doesn't work during power cuts which is extremely frequent there is no provision of any food service though there is a restaurant inside the complex the lift in the property is very unsafe and an accident is waiting to happen. The outside gate opens when the lift has actually left. Please be very careful and don't take kids to the property this is so far from the sea thar u won't be able to see even from the terrace. There are plenty of other options nearer to beach be ready to be conned going anywhere because only s0ecific veh9cles are allowed to operate in this area and u have to pay what they demand avoid this

The location is good, neat to beach and away from crowded area. All required amenities are available to stay. Both the owner and the staff are well-behaved and helpful. There is a water purifier as well, but it was not working when i was there. A stink smell is there. However, that goes off once we turn on the ac. Electricity, an issue in that location, faced frequent power cuts. Backup do well without ac and water heater.

No service no swimming pool no wifi lot issues owner rude behaviour.

Location is good. Approach road is not in a good shape. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with all'necessary equipments. Kitchen is also well equipped. Property won-er is well behaved and caring. Recommended for stay for few days where you can have home cooked food.

It's location, safety and facilities are awesome.

If anyone finding the best in puri, nearest to marine drive or beach, then one of the best hotel / home stay/ else, sonar kutir is always well-come you. Calm / peace place. The host nigam ji is always available to assist you. It's a apartment so can cook your own food as like your home and need to clean utensils as like your home also except room cleaning. Can order food or bring food from outside also / can have your food at restaurants available within the society.

It was a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and make you home while staying at this place.

Room equipped with kitchen facilities which helps to make some easy foods for children. Excellent property to stay & owner Mr. Nigam is very very cooperative. Thanks for making my visit so pleasant.😊

I won't recommend people are travelling with their family, because their service is pathetic no maintenance at all I stayed there for there days and last two days I had to use the stairs to climb up the fifth floor, then they charge for the swimming pool separately. And their cleanness is not up the mark, so think twice before you book this hotel.

Very pleased with Mr. Nigam and his staff in keeping in touch before our arrival and till departure. Mr. Nigam had personally been concerned about our well being and offered to assist in whatever way he could to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is maintained in very neat and the fully furnished condition. Thanks for all the help. Definitely worth staying. The security of the entire property is top notch.
