The hotel is very budget friendly and staff are good. Since it's very near to outer ring road, even commute is very good and rooms are well maintained.

Reaching here at this property was easy. Limited food options nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall experience was okay. You can definitely stay with your family

Not value for money. I paid around 3500 but this hotel stay should not be more than 2000 max on upper side. The room the bathroom is just below average. We didn’t try food. Rest everything is very poor. I felt I have paid much more than this property deserve.

Title: Disappointing Stay – Not Worth Recommending We booked this hotel room as a family for two main reasons – the availability of air conditioning and complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, both of these were letdowns. Firstly, the air conditioner stopped working after a while, and the room became unbearably hot. Despite informing the staff multiple times, they only came to check and assured us that it would be fixed by morning. That left us sweating through the night in an "AC room" that wasn’t functioning as promised. Secondly, the complimentary breakfast was a major disappointment. Typically, breakfast is available in most hotels from 8:00 AM onwards, especially when catering to tourists. However, when we inquired, we were told that breakfast would only be available by 9:30 AM. This is quite late, considering most tourists in Mysore check out earlier in the morning. We too had to check out before then, meaning we never got the breakfast that was promised as part of the package. It felt like a deliberate tactic to avoid providing breakfast to early-leaving guests. The only positive aspect was the behavior of the room service staff — they were polite and courteous.
