It's the very worst room not a cleaned room and wash room also

started there for a day. Rooms maintained well. Bit of service improvement required for reception staff. Food also available till midnight

They are not maintaining the room properly. This is the second time I booked this venue but the second experience was shocking. Not so clean washroom.

Room is not good, no hot water, No A/C, dinner is not tasty food. Worst experience for given money. Don’t plan anyone with family.

The checkout was bad experience. The lady at the checkout didn't know the procedure . She even tried charging for the room rent which we had already paid .

do not book this hotel this is the second time I booked but I regret because the AC was not working properly even engineer visited nothing happened there was no water in the chat it was extremely low we book 2 rooms and both had same situations there was nothing to hang in the door think of when you enter the bathroom and there’s nothing to hang how do you take bath where do you put well not even a single thing was just giving cooler you were sweating through night in breakfast they have just given one Italy one wala in my entire life I have never seen anything like this usually breakfast is a buffetthis is terrible

Was there for work 1st day room was horrible nothing was working properly but next day they changed gave a and better room staff was good n polite but hotel needs serious renovation

Overall the stay is average and the hotel is not maintained well especially the washrooms. It is not worth the money. We can stay here if there is no alternate option.

Hotel staffs are pathetic no proper service. Without giving water bottles they are adding bills. Complementary breakfast was not that much great, they way they are treating guest it is not good.

The stay was comfortable. Courteous staff. The room interiors need fixing and upgrades. The room i stayed lacked provision of shower.

The bathroom closets were not cleaned, and extra beds were not provided despite being paid in advance. On the positive side, the location is convenient, being close to the palace and the zoo.

Pros: good location, road side parking available, hot water available, restaurant food is good cons: tv not working. Even after calling receptionist multiple times no one turned out to check the issue. Expecting better response/service from receptionist

Like the stay, parking was there and food at the restro was also very nice.

It's a very simple and nice place. No nonsense. Nice staff. We did not try their restaurant but looked nice. Go ahead if you are staying for a day or two in mysore

Property is good, located in city center place but we booked for ac delex rooms but allotted us non-ac room's amenities and service is also good but disappointed as we booked ac rooms we have to compromise
