Good and beautiful

Booked a non AC executive room for 3 adult and 1 child. The room was well maintained, bathroom was renovated recently I guess! Only thing there wasn’t a TV in the executive room. The check-in and check out process was smooth as it was booked in Make my trip.

Food rate is high but room was good, surrounding environment also looking good I was happy with that

Facilities provided was good. Location was very good. However, the land number provided and as shown in the visiting card (contact number) was barred.

The hotel is right behind the theatre, there’s always noise and you can’t sleep at all. They take their own time giving the rooms and the rooms are very untidy

Someone was know-king the door again and again in midnight and when i complained to hotel and mm t they said that one of college group is there and we can not do anything. I asked the entire management to take action but all was in vain. At last had to call the local police and when police came than only the issue got resolved. Please avoid the hotel.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Rooms are below average. Services are very bad. Even for towels and water customers have to ask them and collect from the reception. Location is very good.

Flush not working, bathroom stinks room was average, bedsheets were not so clean. Location near to palace was the only reason it has advantage.

Pros: none ! cons list: dirty washrooms with cockroaches, extremely rude staff, dusty, dull and overpriced rooms, no geyser, bad lights, all unclean surfaces, visit if you wanna have the worst time

No water bottle and not clean and smell was very bad and no bath towel and soap worst booking and charging very high price

Tv was not working. No cooling for ac, towel was not provided on day 1. Hk service was not there, tel. Was not working

I have booked the room for three adults they did not provide me extra bed till 10. 30 even after requesting multiple times

The stay was very average at the hotel, the hotel staff was very rude and unhelpful. There was no wi-fi and tv connection in the rooms. It was overall a very bad experience.

Service not good for the amount charged and rooms are in bad condition. Fan in the rooms didn't work and r in bad condition

I paid 3k+ for this hotel, i always regret this. Worst hotel of the year. No facilities dirty bedsheet, smelly room, broken lights, complete negative vibes.
