Please do not book this hotel. The owner’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. The rooms are very small, unclean, and have a terrible smell. The overall hygiene is poor, making it an uncomfortable stay. Definitely not worth the money. Stay away!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a room through the make my trip app and paid in advance, but when i arrived, i was told the room was unavailable. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to honor it, and i ended up losing my money. This seems like a scam, and i urge everyone to avoid booking here. The owner, imran, was unhelpful and his behaviour was like an animal, he didn't offer any resolution. His mother is also working this hotel for cleaning, she also terrible, i am now filing a complaint against them in consumer court to seek justice. Please be cautious and do not book a room here.

The very worst experience faced with this hotel, please don't book this hotel, I booked through the make my trip app and when i came for checking they said no rooms for make my trip, my cash was already deducted and no refund, very terrible experience faced. please check Google reviews before your booking with this hotel. once again very worst service

Very bad and horrible rooms. Not at all similar to images provided. Rooms were very very congested and was not even cleaned when we entered. The sheets and pillows were also in bad condition. We paid for 2 rooms and it was overpriced and not all worth. The room space was very congested and would be recommended for only one person.

Bed wasn't that clean. It is opposite to saint philomena church. Ventilation is okay. Attached toilet and bathroom, very small.

Not soo clean and worst place to stay with family solo man can adjust because bed was not good at all

Room was excellent and i didn't expect such comfort facilities are adequate and its even nearer to every tourist spot.

The hotel owner was not available and he talked over phone rudely and said he has cancel-led our room i felt ashamed with family l do not recommend any one without your spot inspection and u should give assurance that u hv inspected the hotel and right in all way then give to customer

Initially owner denied the offer room but finally he allowed to check in. Overall ok 101 room was allotted to me

Room quality is not good. No proper water facility for bath and drinking. Initially he told to give in different property for room booking and. After 30 minutes discussion he charge me extra 300 and gave me the room. No parking facility

Bedsheets are not clean, and blankets have terrible smell, and they charged us a lot for a room that is not worth the money. There are mutton shops in front of a hotel, if you are vegetarian, never stay here.

Property on easy convence, cleanliness of property is very good, lift rel-ex to guest for easy reach at room, thanks to make us safe stay.
