worst stay of my life and also not getting my refund
Travel on 7th June and stayed for that night . There were no fan and Ac working in the room. No power back up , lots of voltage fluctuations and power cut . Doesn’t have the basic back up . Whole night , we were not able to sleep after the long day travel. The owner and manager were not responding and they switched of their phone . No one was available to solve the problem . Worst hotel in my life I stayed. Doesn’t have basic facilities and running a hotel . My baby of 2.5 years was struggling to have some rest in that hot and humid environment. Also sound helpless in getting my refund. Going forward I need to think twice before booking through it. I don’t know why you listed this kind of hotels at your site, don’t do the basic checking.

Poor Stay
Location wise excellent, but service pathetic as they have very minimum staff, no proper power back-up if power cut happened which is very usual in this region, not at all worthy to stay

Terrible Stay
In the room there is no celling fan at all. The room even don’t have shampoo or a handwash. Hotel don’t even provide drinking water unlike other hotels. Not at all a worthy of that much price. It would be value for money if the hotel charge 700 to 1000 INR per day.

Good day mr. kumar, We thank you for your feedback , we can understand your concerns but you book through mmt and asked to cancel booking one day before your check-in date in the evening which is a non cancellation voucher. It's not the hotel it's the platform where you booked the rooms could help you . We received your call and assisted you for further support. We could have supported you more regarding your concerns if you would have informed us well in advance. You can't blame the hotel for everything

Good day mr. Dubey, We thank you on behalf of the hotel semayra team for your good stay and feedback. You were happy with our hotel service and rooms . You were here in our premises for 3 days you were not complaining and you ordered food daily you told our staff the food was good and everything was fine . You were having concerns regarding one day extra booking for that also reception executive and manager also assisted you . But it was clearly mentioned in voucher booking cannot be cancelled one or two day prior
Disappointing experience
We did not stay. Upon reservation we found the date got changed on us and within 10 minutes we were in touch with this hotel and makemytrip. The declined to change the date to the next day and kept our money. Very rude and dishonest business practice. Upon arrival next day we found the hotel to be quite for away from the ocean all the advertisement we saw said it had sea view.

Dear Ms Ghosh , Thank you for your valuable feedback. You booked through an online platform so money as been deducted . It was clearly mentioned on the voucher that cancellation and amend is not possible 1 day or 2 day prior . You had booked through MMT with no cancellation policy . We do adjust the date if guest inform us prior to their genuine reason. You can't blame the hotel for this . Our location is on Google map and you didn't even come to our hotel how can you imagine that there is no Sea view .
Nice cosy with good views.
The property is really good conveniently located. The personal were good, polite and respectful. The only issue is no lift available with better rooms in third floor it’s a bit of issue for elderly people

Worst ever property..
Whatever is shown on website, nothing close to that. Dirty washroom,no soap or shampoo in washrooms, nasty towels, dirty spotted chairs, hair all one the bed, pillows and blankets.. lizard and mosquitoes freely available in the room and reception.. Checked in, went to room, got out right way.. Booked another hotel and checked out.. waiting for refund..

Namaskar mr. Jasminder ji ,We thank you on behalf of the hotel semayra team for your stay. We have exactly the same room & washroom shown on MMT. Our rooms are also clean and hygienic. You wanted a very big bathroom with bathtub that we don't have and we have not mentioned anywhere so we can't provide what we don't have .
Terrible Stay
the hotel is not good. the staff behaviour was not good. the room was terrible . I would have never thought of such room in my life. the curtains were damaged. because of the situation of the hotel I had to check out earlier. there is no restaurant of its own. I would never suggest anyone for that hotel

Namaskar Aprajita ji, We thank you on behalf of the hotel semayra team for your stay. Our curtains are new and the hotel is just one year old . We have the best rooms at the price you booked. You checked out early because you wanted to go for an Ind vs eng match in Cuttack. You booked through online so we were unable to refund. We have exactly the same rooms and washroom as shown in the pictures online platform. You were not having any complaints while staying in the hotel and you informed us while checking out that you booked for 2 days by mistake and you stayed 1 day and checked out the 2nd day without any complaint and went to see a cricket match in Cuttack.

Superb location
The location was great and it was a nice stay. The hotel staffs were very well behaved and friendly.
