The establishment is located at a convenient location from siliguri/darjeeling taxi stand. No hassle check in and out. Decent facilities and good host. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for not extremely fancy stay for few days.

Dear mr. Patnaik, we are sorry to hear that you didn't had a nice experience. Kindly note since gangtok is a hill station fans are not installed in the room. Regarding the room size, it is clearly mentioned in the description deluxe room is small in size. Did you complaint regarding the jug to the manager? regarding the foul smell, we are surprised to hear this as in case any guest face issues we immediately change the room and our central helpline is constantly available to address the issues. We are checking the issues pointed by you internally and assure you if the problem exists we will rectify on priority.

coupleRiddhi siddhi was really good and easy to find this hotel. The hotel is very come and cool no disturb by any noise. Location wise it's just next to deorali taxi stand as soon as u get down from your taxi hotel staff will leds towards hotel. Staff were very friendly helpful for all the tourist.

Terrible experience
First of all there is no one at the reception, i had to ask one guest to call someone so that i can check-in. I reached after check-in time so my expectation was to get a clean and ready room but unfortunately they make us wait for more than 15min. The rooms are very small and the most terrible thing is that washroom was not clean, even the rooms are not clean properly. And the funniest part was, the caretaker (amit) ask me to fill feedback for the hotel in go-ogle so when i open the review section he started filling it from my phone (obviously i didn't say anything that time. Overall experience is very bad.

Worst homestay in gangtok
I literally left the the hotel in 5 mins and booked another one. The room was very dirty and there was no amenities.

Dear mr. Sharma, you have mentioned that that the rooms were dirty and no amenities were there, but we showed you all the available rooms so that you can choose and stay but while leaving you told that the hotel doesn't match with your expectations of 3 star category to which our hotel doesn't belong too neither we claim to be. We are a budget property but inspite of that we are providing clean, sanitized stays with all amenities possible. You can go through the reviews of other guests as well who have liked their stay and have repeatedly booked it during their visit to gangtok.
made my trip uncomfortable
Hotal room was very small, there was not a single cupboard for hang cloths. We didn't get any food service as per our choice, they denied our order of dinner at night and provide brinjel and potato with simple chapatis. Hotel staff was greedy for money if i was not aware he definitely cheat me. He provide wrong information about our travel, he want to get commission from taxi charges. So friend be aware
