The stay was very terrible experience they gave me a room without shower no hangers no mirror in washroom issue with geyser tap and also the bed was not clean. When i asked to change there was argument with hotel staff after that they changed. Overall very worst experience.

Hotel is good but service is not good. There is a water problem, i have repeatedly asked the boys to clean the room, but no one has sent anyone to clean the room

Room quality not same

Blanket and quilts were very filthy and they did not change the same even on request. Food was good enough.

City view n food is good near to vajra stand

Room was very good and a beautiful mountain view.

They maintained a decent standard. Hostipitality was also good.

Bed sheet and pillow cover both are dirty

Hotel was fine, staff and manager was so nice, cooperative, helpful, guide proper, food was nice, I feel with my family so nice.

The hotel is located at main road. Easy taxi accessible for MG marg. Staff is very good and helpful in every way. Manager mitty is good. The important note is for owner Mr. Ajay who is nice, kind hearted, helpful and good person to help customers in each and every way.

The room was a bit small and cleanliness of room was not up to the mark. Bathroom was dirty too.

The Hotel pictures shown in site of make my trip are false. Nothing like that in the actual site. Very bad reception. Very bad service by Hotel people. Very ugly and smelly towels and bed sheets.
