The room was very dirty and the washroom was not properly clean time waste of money totally useless hospitality

I am very disappointed with services. Room condition pathetic, food super pathetic, Washroom Pathetic condition, Overall experience is very very pathetic

On reaching the hotel ~11:30 pm at night, i found the entire staff sleeping. After multiple attempts, one of the staff responded and denied my hotel reservation from mm t in the worst behaviour possible.

The hotel wasn't as good as expected.

The staff guy entered the room without knocking to tell us that it is our check-out time they invaded our private space for this type of behaviour their should be actions against the hotel ,The staff was rude from the starting ,the said pasport would not be accepted as ID proofs
