The resort is located at a very serene location! loved the nature’s feel and quiet ambience. Perfect for a blissful gateway, with family or as work gate away! the staffs are very very cordial - 5 rating for their behaviour

We stayed in saraswatipur tea resort from 26. 02. 24 -27. 02. 24. We enjoyed our stay in the resort. Excellent hospitality. Staff conduct and services were good. Location of the tea resort was wonderful besides tea garden and tees-ta river. Food quality was also good

The location is great with ample amenities. Kudos to mr. Molly for his professionalism and great service. Due to durga puja festivities, there was loud music throughout the night. That being the only downside, everything else was well.

The location has a scenic beauty but the facilities and nearby civilization is very far off. Make sure you have proper conveyance to save money.

Good a la carte food, but horribly expensive

Paid for 2 rooms, in cash for 3 meals, for 4 adults, 2 kids. Intercom not working, Wi-Fi not working, too many stairs, breakfast ok, a la carte lunch, dinner excellent but too expensive. Card not working. Insisted on cash, TV not working, fan regulator not working, the fan runs only on full speed. The bathroom was good. Horrible loudspeaker, full volume disco music from afternoon to 1 am in the night by tea estate workers. No peace, headache, no sleep. The servers are polite. Swimming pool filthy, room window broken. Overall do not recommend.

Dear Sir, Thank you for staying at Saraswatipur Tea Resort. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the loudspeaker of the Tea estate workers. As you know it is during Durga Puja and it was the pandal that created the noise. I apologize once again on behalf of Saraswatipur estate. We are in located within a Tea estate so many amenities have to be painstakingly replenished and looked into. We are located in the middle of a forest, repairs and maintenance take some time. All repairs are being undertaken, and Kerala Kutir is now fully functional and maintained. The WiFi works well within the resort, and the swimming pool is well maintained. Thank you for your feedback.

groupWe stayed at this resort overnight, while on a trip to the Gazaldoba wetlands, Pakhibitan Sanctuary, and were pleasantly surprised with the resort. A new property, very comfortable and tastefully done. Excellent service and great food. A great place to come back to after a tiring birdwatching trip.
