Hotel Blue Lagoon

All the staffs are very much co-operative, location is very much attractive, food is up to the mark.

Not of so good quality. Rooms are average. Breakfast was terrible.

My experience was absolutely terrible. The manager was rude and extremely unprofessional. Took extra 2000rs and didn’t even return even after asking him so many times. He made false excuses. Kindly look after this matter makemytrip.

It was pleasant stay, but the mattress and pillow was very hard. They charged extra 350 for the heater, which is too high. The behaviour of staff was good

The hotel was renovating and preparing to open its restaurant, although the quality of service of its existing room was barely or not at all maintained. There were spider webs in the wall edges, furniture (sofa, bed, table, drawers) were very old and dusty. Poor room service. No proper drinkable water, no proper power sockets. Geyser was not working. Caretaker mentioned that they will turn the main power supply to the geyser in the morning, but still it was not operational. Staff was not at all knowledgable of timings of nearby monastry and restaurants. Force imposed a friend taxi driver, even when we didnt com-firm our hire for him. Made us pay an amount for him to get his car from taxi stand to hotel gate, without our approval, promoting selfish business strategies and t hugging tourists in the city. We were glad that we had only a night's stay at blue lagoon, and the overall experience is as follows: connectivity and location: 4/5 hospitality: 2/5 property maintainence: 1/5 services: 1/5 quality index: 1/5

The location of the hotel is in beautiful position just beside the lake! the behaviour of the staff and the taste of the food was awesome

Room are good bed are good too with clean washroom, but food is not great and no intercom service was given, need to visit the desk for everything as per service little bit expense at this price anyone can get nice hotel but managers and staff behaviour is great along with great location

We (me, my wife and son) went to mirik after spending 2 days at lepchajagat. The timing was bad. It was full season, thronging with bengali vacationers, nepali festival time, most amenities were closed, journeys were interrupted with nepali festival processions, we had to make detours on many occasions. It was raining all the time. Sightseeing was marred by rain. I strongly advocate to avoid durga puja vacation time to tour north bengal.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just on the bank of mirik lake. More over it is just on the mirik -darjeeling highway and very close mirik taxi stand also.

Poor quality bed, scanty water in one of the bathrooms. While booking i was offered 1st floor rooms but at the time of check-in, hotel said mm t had booked ground floor rooms and allotted me ground floor rooms which were not of good quality.

Location wise it is good property. Walking distance from sumendu lake, but services are very poor. No staff available to attend call bell during night. Dirty water with red colour is being supplied in bathroom. Bedsheet and towels were also not properly cleaned. Hotel attendent vivek was cooperative & caring upto some extent.

Location is good but tv not working also should give more importance to cleanliness. Food was not so good.

Overall good experience. Location is very good and it is adjacent to mirik lake and mirik garden. Ambience and behavior of hotel staffs was very good. Quality of food was not that great and there's scope of further improvement. Overall good experience.

Location is excellent. Food was tasty. They can work on improving their hygiene standards. Cleaner bedsheets and blankets can improve a travellers experience

The property is located at perfect location. You can get a view of the mirik lake from the hotel. Food was excellent, like home food, not spicy and fit for people of all age groups.

There is no covid19 related hygiene protocol. No sanitization activity, staffs are without mask. Toilet seat is shabby, blankets are dirty and uncleaned. Taps are not properly working, geyser is controlled centrally. Dinning plates are full of scratches and looks shabby, furnitures are old and faded. What more you need to dislike a stay?
