It was a really very great experience to stay here. The behaviour of every staff member is so good. Food is also good.

Behavior and support from staffs are 5/5. Coffee has to improve. Foods should be taken care of

Place is near to kadamtala, jalpaiguri, a happening place in jalpaiguri. The staff were very helpful and home made food was excellent

Situated at prime location, offering all basic facilities at value for money deal. One can consider it for short business trips

as a deluxe room, the room is a little small, but very nice, not bad, food and drink is very good. hotel manager and staff are very good over all good👍

Service and cooperation

Too much bad room condition, bathroom door knob is broken and the behavior of the manager is horrible he use too think all of the couple guests are coming for affairs in the hotel, over all the experience was horrible and the worst hotel i stayed.

Very prominent place, easily accessible. Market and food joints are plenty. Major land marks of jalpaiguri are close to this place.

I have travel-led for a business trip in jalpaiguri, and stayed in hotel paying guest for one night. The experience is really good. The food quality as well as staff's behaviour are very pleasant.

Rooms were clean, polite staff, service can be much better especially regarding food. We were there for some work, so it was good enough for us.

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
