I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but this experience was terrible. Our train was delayed, and we arrived around 4 PM. The hotel seemed quite empty, so I requested the manager for a late checkout, but they simply refused. As a result, I had to pay an additional ₹2000 for just 3 hours. Initially, they insisted on payment via UPI or debit card due to transaction Charge, but later they agreed to accept the debit card. While the staff was good, the manager’s attitude was very disappointing.
