Review Of Samrudhii Resort

Service is very pathetic. We didn't get towels, till 7 in the evening. Hot water was not available till next day morning. On next day also it was available for few minutes only after long gaps. Staff was also not responding for these problems.

Stay was awesome. For food they need start in house restaurant, that’s the only thing which is lacking here.

The resort looked very good in pics but the rooms were stinking due to non usage and the pillows were also stinking

Property was excellent, it was located outside the hustle and buzzing outskirts

The hotel was like Sanjay Leela Bansali’s set from outside there was nothing great apart from show piece. They charge exorbitant where in return no such service- dirty Lenin, smelly bathroom, No complimentary breakfast.

It's pathetic, while you enter in the room there is a bad smell. No hot water in the rooms. The send you nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner, no inhouse restaurant. No service, no intercom. Avoiding will help you rather than a stay at this place.

The stay was very good at the resort. It was comfortable. The room was well maintained and the bathroom fittings were also great. The only downside was that food was not available within the resort and we had to go to the adjacent resort even though the package I booked had all meals covered.

I had the booking for two days, but the stay was that pathetic that I have to leave on the very first day and for the second day I just left it hanging by contacting mmt for refund because i can’t stay there. The bathroom was stinking. The flush was broken. The Almira was like halfway painted, and half paint was torn apart, and it was just a complete mess. The view from the balcony was pathetic. Just below they had there sewage system open, which smells pathetic and worst part is everything related to sewage was open. When i asked for the refund for the second day, they denied and i am still chasing those scamsters

The resort had no inhouse restaurant. The staff was very unsupportive and didn't try to better the experience

Resort is not as expected. They don't have in-house restaurant. Rooms are not well maintained. There is damp smell in rooms

Room given is not definitely worth amount paid, Bathroom was stinking and drain smell throughout. Commode are placed above ground and unconformable for kids. Pool was good, Need amenities like pool chairs, Shower area. Had to go to other property for breakfast, that is manageable. Property needs improvement and maintenance

One of the worst experience . Don’t have any breakfast options and room are not clean as well as spacious and also washroom are to smelly please don’t book and of u book then waste of money.

The property did not have it's own kitchen and we had to go to the restaurant next to it for the complimentary breakfast which was okayish. Also, they might have furnished with the old furniture, rather 2nd hand. The cupboard in our room had the fungal infection and the room was smelling foul. We still adjusted. The only good thing about the hotel was the pool. We had so much fun there. 😇

The resort is really good in terms of facility. It has close proximity to the nearest destination. The swimming pool is a still.

Property was good and well-maintained. However, they do not have their own restaurant. Instead, they have a tie-up with a restaurant next to the property, where you have to go for meals. Unfortunately, the food quality there was not great and could be improved.

Alright Samrudhi was a great resort for the stay. We like the location as well. It was near Kudle Beach which was just like to 3 km is away from the resort food option. There is no in-house restaurant there, but in the adjacent Sanskriti resort which is owned by the same owner is what has the restaurant and the food was okay okay amenities ways that is not had a good pool. W was nice location was nice and we loved it. I would like to give it a 414 or five out of 5

Positive - Amazing Place for Couple with 1 Kid.(Always prefer ground floor cottages, if you're not a fan of balcony Drinking ) Near by Om Beach , Kudle and Especially Mahabaleshwar temple. Good for kids as the pool is easily accessible. Humble and Kind Staff. Room for Improvement - Faced Hot water Issue as my room had no gezer and it was working on solar.so everytime we need hit water for my kid , we dint get it as there was issue with solar. No inhouse restaurant. You might Have to visit a nearby sai sagar restaurant, there is no other option. ( No other Restaurant , No medical shops or general store , you might have to take help from staff). It might be silly but there was no toothbrush pr toothpaste provided . Rest I believe its an ideal place to unwind yourself .

The hotel is nice however lacks staff and restaurant. Not having a restaurant is a big minus considering the location. There is a veg restaurant nearby which is pathetic. The breakfast is also served on another hotel so one needs to go to the neighbouring hotel to have breakfast. The property is very new. The pool and garden is well maintained.

Samruddi is very cool place and maintained very well we enjoyed a lot there
