Lotus Beach Resort

Location is very near to beach. Friendly staff. Peaceful stay. Very well maintained and clean.

The hotel doens't have a parking spot of its own. We had to Park our vehicle and walk for almost 1km. The roads are very narrow. It's a field in the form of a road. And it's very to difficult to walk when it's raining. The resort doesn't even have a restaurant. We didn't feel it's safe so had to walk out. Kindly consider all this before booking. And parking is separate payment.

Very poor approach road , no sign board , no resturant , not much staff , no cleanliness , breakfast from outside , no hot water in shower ... only good point is a person one man army trying to serve best possible way over all one star

The property is located in extreme interiors but at a very short distance from the beach, walkable. But the property is not well maintained and is full of mosquitos and . No other facilities also available that should be in a resort.

I love the hotel and staff, they are very friendly. This was the third time i booked the same hotel and i am still very much satisfied. I have seen the other hotels beside the kudle beach and trust me lotus beach resort is comparatively very satisfying. The washrooms and rooms are so clean

I found this place very best and suitable for couple stay. And the Staff , mainly Sachin was so good that I felt overwhelmed after meeting such a sweet and cool person. I will highly recommend this place, there is minor scope of improvement but overall 10 on 10

Horrible experience toilets are bad no parking no hot water breakfast buffet not there not the worth to add breakfast in package as they provided a very small quantity of breakfast not worth it to the price

I regret to tell you that how MMT include this hotel in their list. It's really horrible to reach the hotel location. Car or any other passenger vehicle can not go upto the hotel building. More than 500 mts we walked through a thin galli, fully kachcha rasta, full of mud with water. Trousers, salowar, sharees all get spoilt and we were lucky that we didn't slip and fall down. No light. Actually it is not a street even. We were really shocked reaching there and scared how to spend two nights with a kid of 3 years. We believed MMT, and couldn't imagine this sort of issues. Only the boys working there understood our insecurity and helped us. Specially a boy, Sachin, was really cooperative. No more MMT. Sorry.

I am surprised . Its a at best. No parking, pay 200rs for parking and walk 1km through jungle farms. You cant think of going ot after 7. No proper cleanliness, approach to beach is dirty from location cow dung , stink and mosquitoes everywhere. Washroom windows without glasses, you put on the light and mosquitoes barge in. Pathetic staff, no proper reception, breakfast was complimentary and made in non-hygeinic conditions. No kitchen, if you ask for some food, they'd get it from a beach shack somewhere. Room security and belongings are at risk always. Avoid at all cost

it's a well maintained property. the rooms are very comfortable. like 100m from the beach. good host

The overall experience was good . But there is an issue of power supply outage during day time, which during this time turned out worse due to the hot climate here

I had opted for non ac room including breakfast. During mm t sales and got this booking done. The foom was ok, and care taker sachin was very good and helpful. Tune resort doesnt have any inhouse restaurant not sure why this amenity is showing available for this property. Now for breakfast sachin has arranged it from outside with only 2 items for each person. The breakfast was good. Now for the second day property owner asked caretaker. To arrange food in less amount and compromise on quality. On hearing this it made me quite furious. Care taker some how managed to get the food cooked inside resort and it was pathetic. Bit sachin understood and immediately tried to arrange food again from outside but only 1 item. So owner and mm t need to understand need to give correct information.

The location is secluded but the care taker makes your stay comfortable with his knowledge and physical help. The beach si at walking distance where you can have food till 12 mid night and roam through out the night. Very calm place to be in. Dont expect this to be a hotel. If you have that in mind pols go for hotel om international or godavari who will cost you at least 3 times of this.

This is close to beach but its old property. Cabs n auto can only go upto certain point from there you need to walk. No one identifies this place. Its located close by hostlier. Rooms are below average, no proper room service, no facilities inside room n like a 1 star hotel. If you have you own car you can stay here. Food provided by hotel is very good. This is like a 3 star hotel. Only suggestions from my side is offer good water bottles inside room and maintain a handwash in washrooms

Hotel is decent but how to reach location is very bad as no one knows how to reach hotel as no road or anything on map to show route. Breakfast is not good. Staff helped though.

Not satisfied with the stay. There was only one guy to give service to whole resort. So we were not able to get the service on time. Service is really bad. Parking was so long from the resort. I was not even got the parking immediately when i reached the resort, i struggled a lot to get the parking. I have not moved my car from the parking till i returned from gokarna.
