Hot water was not available. Had to argue lot for reducing price or changing room. Food was not at all good. They don’t have car parking but there is paid private parking near entrance .Considering per day tariff service is not good. Book only for location

Property was very neat and clean and staff was very kind and generous. Location of property also located near to Murdwshwar

propert not maintained at all. was very unhygienic. the hotel staff was very rude and has put no effort in trying to get a refund.

Terrible stay ! The property doesn’t have road access and you need to literally pass through the drainage path for 500mtrs to reach hotel. No maintenance of property and zero amenities and services. Honestly MMT need to blacklist this property.

Food -okay …. Location good ….cottage not good

finding the location is a little bit hard but the food is nice and the service is good. The good point is that the beach view is nice

There are no signboards to guide you to this place, making it very difficult to locate. The location shared also directs you to a different spot, and after reaching that point, you have to walk at least 1 km to get to the hotel. There is no proper communication from the hotel team either. If you're carrying luggage, it's especially challenging to reach the hotel on foot, as there are no transportation facilities provided by the hotel. I stayed in this property for 30 mins and checked out because the rooms were so horrible and unhygienic. Washroom was as if there was no cleaning done in 200 years. The moment I entered washroom there was a cockroach almost size of a bat, flying in all directions. The room has no proper latches, washroom has no latches, couch is torn from all directions. I immediately checked out and didn’t even refunded my money. Waste of 4K for not even 30 mins. Please book this property only if you are a wild life adventurer

dirty rooms, unhygenic . rooms stink. only good thing is location. I stayed there couple of years back, the quality has gone down considerably.

Not a good stay. property is old. ...no proper cleanliness.. ...no proper service not even water bottles . bathroom is dirty even commode n handwash sink was not cleaned properly...it's very bad stay ...only thing is it's see front....

Room was not cleaned, foul smell was there at the reception area, charges were high, property was not worth of those high charges

The location was near to kudle beach. We had good experience at the stay. Staff were friendly helped with auto and taxi booking.

The hotel is not approachable to the road. The best part is that the hotel is just a min walk from the beach. Rooms are average but neat and clean. Staff is supporting. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but has one connected to the property. Parking is not available and had to pay separately for that which was disappointing.

Not at all recommended with family. Very dirty rooms, bad smell in the room. Lot of dogs and puppy which causing dirty in outside the room and premises. Very poor room cost should be 500rs for this kind of room.

Not at all worth tribal stay no cleaning. Towel blanket was not clean flooring was not moped. No proper road and light from parking to hotel.

Our stay was decent. The hotel non ac rooms look in dire need of a refurbishment. The ac room were decent. The ac works well. The bed mattress was comfortable. But the sheets were dirty. Basic pillows were provided, one of them extremely uncomfortable the other okay. There are no amenities in the room (no coffee to make for yourself. The bathroom amenities consist of a rs1 shampoo packet and the cheapest most basic soap one can get. Shower curtain was moldy. Outdoor shower was nice but has no hot water overall the room is decent but could be so much better with a little bit of maintenance and upgrade (warm light bulbs, clean sheets, clean shower curtain. Restaurant food wasn't great, we didn't take the breakfast at the hotel and ate at other places. Location of the hotel is nice, right on the beach. But no car access unless one goes through a neighboring property and pay the drop or pick up fee of rs30. Wi-fi was very poor and useless the entire time we stayed. Jio was the only mobile provider with decent signal.

Serenity of the location and aloof from the city noise. Cottage room is little costly but great. Swimming pool is well maintained.

Amazing location. Spacious rooms. Nice beach walk. Could be more connected with restaurent running for room service which was only weak point
