Property Location is good but service manpower is very less for restaurant facility, room service. Hot Water issue is there. Rooms are good, TV's are only for mobile connectivity.

Hotel rooms are good but service needs massive improvements.Examples keeping the room ready before checkin and also for restaurant.

Premium rooms Pros:- Room size is very big ,lighting the decor of the hotel is good. Cons:- The service is the worst we had seen. Check-in and lunch was good. But as we entered the room the begins. We had 2 rooms. One room was smelly. The attendent told the room was closed for long hence the smell. They will provide room freshener in some time. The freshner never arrived even after multiple reminders. The rooms did not had floor mat our bucket. This was also requested many times on phones and by visiting the reception.After multiple reminders they provided the bucket and mat was provided in the evening. The property is located near the beach and it was raining.Just imagine the whole hotel did not had any mat to wipe your shoes or feet. Even at the hotel they provide you a mat near bed or at least at the bathroom. But this hotel has nothing. The result the room became sandy and watery even after leaving footwear outside.Tea/coffee kit was provided but cups were not there.We had to remind this also multiple times.The provide it in evening. We were still okay with the service but then we made our worst mistake of having dinner at the hotel restaurant. We order chicken items rice and roti and one veg item for one vegetarian member. The rice and chicken was provided. But for half and hour the veg dish and roti was not served. Then we ordered some roti again. which took multiple reminders . Then they brought roti almost after 1 hour from our initial order that too only half the quantity of what we had ordered.But in the bill they mentioned the the full quantity. on another table there was a family who had ordered roti rice and some dishes. The also were served rice first and by the time the roti and the dishes were served the rice was already cold. We had visited on Sunday of Deepawali week. Most of the guest had already checked out.It was not a busy day.Only on 3-4 tables guest were there so no crowd.But still the service was pathetic.

It's a new hotel where rooms are good. Service is delayed for delivery of food, check in process, any room service. They don't have keys for rooms, fan runs only at full speed.... They cannot cater at peak season or hotel is full as They have only few staff

Worst service experience, didn’t received door mat, chair, bucket, hangers in washroom, exhaust, tea bag and TV is also not working

good resort, spacious rooms however its understaffed, existing staff mostly young girls managing the show, kudos to them. however some points to improve 1. swimming pool to be maintained properly 2. food rates & options to be correctly displayed 3. buffet & service to be greatly improved as average wait time is 30 minutes.

Rooms are good ,ambience is good, Food also delicious...but service is poor,we didn't get hot water in room number 204... Staff behavier is good...but no sufficient staff are there
