Review Of Sanskruti Resort Gokarna

The rooms were big and had a lot of space. However the room countertops were sticky. Multiple requests to clean were unanswered. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and one place near the tub had mould growing. Outside the porch some other guests had used up cotton, band aid, petrol to clean their wound. I had asked the housekeeping and reception to clean it multiple times over the 3 days I stayed and even until the last day it wasn’t cleaned. That’s bio waste and was left to fester. The water heater kettle had rust in it . Overall service was lax and they had a very I don’t care attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only silver lining was that I wanted lemon and honey for my throat. Initially they said no but a kind gentlemen ordered them to give post which they gave a few wedges of lemon a cup of honey and a dirty glass.

a good location with the worst of the worst service one can expect in the hospitality industry. water dripping from the ceiling and walls stinking rooms stained bedsheets dust on bed broken toilet sheet commode shaking mosquitos no room service no lunch arrangement arrogant staffs, the GM in Goa , the manager (Srikant) not in town .. showing tantrum the list of sadness is huge . they don't deserve to be hotel an their license should be cancelled immediately MMT must delist them today. no response to escalation from the hotel bunch of liars and sick management

The place was beautiful but was not well maintained. Beds are full of bugs and rooms are full of mosquitoes. It was monsoon so there was a heavy power cut. I understand but still they should have had a plan. The hotel staff initially gave me a diff room which was not as per my booking. Then I had to fight for the right one. Food was good but costly. They even get the good amount in their own account than business accounts. The spa was very basic and they didn’t do any massage properly. Don’t ever fall for spa. There also they looked like cheating both the customers and owners. Although it’s none of my concern - it gave me a negative outlook of the management. The tea cups in the room was not cleant. Bathroom was the worst.

The stay was good, staff was also good. But they didn’t clean the room at all. And there was so much power cuts. Other than that, stay is at good place and views are really good from there.

Location = Good Food = ok Facilities = ok

No proper hot water facilities, each room is having one or another issue, no proper response if we call reception on any ask.

The resort is not well maintained, leakages , stray dogs, swimming pool is dirty. Not many options in food. Lot of followups needed for any service. The resort is far from what it looks in website and YouTube reels. The prices are not justified for what it is.

Sanskruti's quality has declined majorly! This is my second time here in a gap of 5 years. Firstly, the cottage that we got had a broken roof at one part, the bathroom was not in a great condition upkeep wise. Breakfast was horrible, dosas were so sour, idlis average, chutney and sambar too diluted and the watermelon wasn't even ripe! Didn't expect this low quality offering for a cottage that we paid almost 4k per night. Will not prefer to stay or recommend this in the future.

The bad experience,The facilities at room was very terrible the AC and the hot water is just for name sake. The Tv forget about channels it is not even switching on.

It was a good stay the ambience and everything was amazing. The cleanliness was maintained well and the stay was tidy.

Service poor. Water was not coming in Bathrooms in the morning and no person was available in reception. Response time is very poor. Not worth the money.

We stayed here for 4 Days, experience was very bad...this stay has a lot of issues, Smelly bed and pillow covers, non functioning pool like we booked this place for pool , poor wifi, terrible food like you get better food at street side...they don't give more than a litre of water per day and there is no RO filter also....they make you buy ₹20 water bottle for ₹25 pure cheap business.

A lot of facilities mentioned has been missing in the resort food is overpriced and not upto the expectations.Only resort I ever visited where we had to call reception for starting power backup during power cut. Breakfast had very limited option and for me it was a terrible mistake to select this resort only negative of my whole trip was resort only plus point of the resort was it's friendly staff.

Stinking linen ,poor service,fans not working,AC not working, no water from 6.00 am to 9 am ,horrible stay in my life

water was directly falling on the leg from hand wash.while using.. when informed they changed the room.. TV was not working and AC was giving lot of noise. Bed quality was very bad....

The room and surrounding location was good but there was no landline to contact the manager every time I had to go manually to ask for a facility. Mosquitoes were there as outside were greener next to the room.

It was horrible experience there is no maintance inside the room and I complain regarding that I got cuppon but now if Iam using that cuppon means it is showing invalid I want immediate call from customer care executive

Book premium cottage, But got normal room. Room was to much of smell & washroom was not clean, rooms are not maintained good. worth not for money.

It's a very very bad resort ugly fish market smells in the room, i have complained to the manager but they not cleaned the room i asked for cansal the room they denied not only my self other's also complaints. Kindly refund my amount
