The SR home stay building was so congested and the lift service was poor to 5th floor. Two people can’t stand in the lift properly.

Owner is good but staff are very rude and bad behaviour, service was so poor

Very bad experience as there is no service. Staff was not cooperative. No room service were provided

Property location was good. But aminities, near by food and services were only average. Washroom was fine but no aminities.

They gave me a ground floor room in another building. It was noisy because of the water motor running at odd hours. Linen was not clean either. I guesbthat is what you get at the price they are giving their rooms.

5. Exceeded expectation. Clean, one room per floor, interiors done, private, was excellent for my exam trip, kitchenette access 24 hours, has utensils. Please clean up after yourself as a courtesy. Care taker was nice. Ac, geyser, lift, owner polite, accommodating and adjusted if we needed some assistance. As someone who has lived in delhi, the value is bang for the buck. People travel-ling from outside expecting sprawling space in cheap budget will be disappointed.

First of all while booking this the picture had given different idea. It’s not safe to the customer or guest. When i reported this about this property to his so called owner his conversation was very ugly & misbehaved on cell phone. Its not advisable.

Excellent place for stay with all basic amenities. Full furnish room with all untensil in kitchen. Hotel is located at walking distance from rajeev gandhi cancer institute, easy location for patient those who visits here for treatment.

Property is nearby rajiv gandhi cancer institute and useful for patients visiting hospital no tea arrangement, one staff performing duties of receptionist waiter vendor and even sweeper but rates are reasonable and value for money

The room was decent, but there were obviously some red flags. But could be managed for a short stay.

Kitchen space is very congested and few main utensils are not working properly. Caretaker behaviour is not good at all.

I arrived late, at around 10. 30pm, but my room was ready. I didn't face any issue. I stay here regularly, almost once or twice in a month.

clean property, good staff, awesome location. value for money. especially from rajiv gandhi hospital. moreover owner is very supportive. in case of any request, he tries to fulfill it. overall a good property at a throw away distance from rajiv gandhi hospital
