our check in and check out time are clearly mentioned yourbooking slip , we hope you must know . but we adjust with some charge for you only , As per your booking - you are 3 person , but you came with one extra person ( MALE) , as your request we allowed him your room . But you ask for LATE CHECK OUT , as per hotel policy - we ask charge . otherwise everything was good . PLEASE CLEAR EVERTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPLAIN . IF YOU WANT WE CAN GIVE EVERYTHING thanks for your feedback .

Excellent Stay
Property was good. Clean room and wash room, air condition functioned properly. One main switch in side room found in partially broken, to be repaired immediately. Outwoard more cleaning required like lift area, lobby and buffer area of building. Staff behavior was good. Overall good experience during stay 👍

extremely disappointed by price and services
extremely disappointed by their services. Firstly,check in-check out time was not as said,they kept knocking multiple times from 9am only. We ordered 4 dishes of mutton and it was all bones they even said they will compensate and took the picture..but no steps were taken not also a simple apology . Rooms were not clean. and when we wanted to extend for 5hours ..rooms were available but then also they charges 6000 each room. Nothing made any sense.

Property location very good 5/5, Food 4/5, Amenities 4/5, Room Service 4/5, Kitchen/restaurant service 1/5 almost nonexistent. Total 3/5 dragged down heavily by the kitchen service.

Won't Visit Again!
Not a very good experience. First they denied our reservation saying we don't have a booking there, although we had already booked and paid a week ago. Then they were providing us a downgraded room, we had to do quite a lot of hassle to finally get the room we paid for. The quality of the rooms are bad and definitely not worth it, there were holes in the walls and lacked maintenance. The staff didn't seem friendly either. Only good thing about this hotel is the location, however there are other hotels at the same location which are not this pathetic. So I would advise fellow travelers not to book this one

Poor Service
Rooms are not as advertised in MMT. They tend to show a poor quality room and then offer another well maintained room of a higher price and charge more & ask to upgrade.

Decent stay near the beach
The hotel was decent for a short stay. The rooms were clean but quite basic, with minimal amenities. Staff were polite. Overall, it's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep near the beach and don’t expect anything fancy. --- Let me know if you want the tone to be more positive, humorous, or formal!

Terrible Stay
They charged me around 8k for one night but the room was small (not as shown in the picture) and dirty. Washroom was extremely unclean and smelly. Room service was terrible. I ordered 3 cups of coffee after I arrived and they refused stating it wasn’t their coffee serving time. Dinner was not edible at all. They provided 2 plates for 3 people. Balcony was extremely unclean as well. Right from house keeping to reception to restaurant, they were all extremely unprofessional and rude. Zero hospitality!!! They even called me in my room stating we will have to checkout half an hour earlier than the scheduled time and said this is what they do. My checkout time was 10am and they called in to say that we will have to leave the room by 9:30am and said this is what they do with all their guests... In short, Royal Seaview Hotel is an absolute rubbish!!!

property location is good but it terribly maintened. All walls and ceiling is damp and a terrible bad smell altogether is a suffocating environment. room service is very poor. reception as well as room service doesn't respond after repeated reminders.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth It
There was no welcome or basic hospitality when we arrived. The room was extremely small, with no mirror, hanger, toothpaste, or toothbrush provided. Even the complementary breakfast was of very poor quality and barely edible. At checkout, the staff behaved rudely and insisted on checking the room before letting us leave. They didn’t allow us to stay even a single minute past the allocated checkout time. Overall, a terrible experience — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel staff uses it well.
The hotel manager asked me to pay an extra 500 taka for booking online. But the hotel staffs are good. The hotel is by the sea.
