As soon as I entered the hotel room, I asked them to give me a bottle of water. They said they would give me one. After 10 minutes, they gave me the water, so I didn't want any more. And as soon as I entered the room, the air conditioner was also turned off by the reception. I asked for it and it was turned on after 30 minutes.

All are good but intercom facilities are not available for communicates with room services. Staffs behavior was too good.

10 to 15 minutes working distance seabeach from hotel. Good service.

The hotel is short on staff. There is no provision of any safety precautions related to covid. No temperature checks, no sanitization of any sort. People are roaming around without masks. Loud music and rude behavior received from hotel staff. Certain amenities mentioned in the app like hot water, room service, curtains, clean bedsheets were not maintained. I'll strongly advise the people concerned to take measures against this malpractice.

Overall i give 10 out of 10 for all services and staff behavior.

Good service and behavior by the hotel staffs. Room was excellent. I enjoyed my stay there.
