Property is located in good location right next to the New Digha Market with good sea view rooms. However room tariffs and in house restaurant food prices are extremely high. For example they are charging a tariff of close to INR 7000 for a Romio Juliet room with sea view, they have such rooms numbering 111, 313, 212. All these rooms are different in sizes and you can only find out the difference once you check these rooms physically. For a tariff of close to INR 7000 room number 313 is not at all clean. The bed backdrop is so unclean. Bathroom wash basin are ironed out. Sofa, balcony, mirror, TV cabinet are small in size compare to room number 111. For a place like Digha, when you charge so high room tariff, naturally customer expectations will be very high and standard should be kept very high. In house restaurant food prices are on the higher side. Milk tea will cost you INR 90, green salad is INR 100. Indian rice quantity is served less. Almost all the Indian and Chinese main course items with cost you more than INR 300. They serve you same breakfast with no major menu changes and these can be improved. They charge you a cash amount of INR 20 upon checkout, they call it some Digha development charges which I have never heard of from any other hotels in Digha having stayed in so many other hotels in Digha. Isn’t paying GST and other taxes enough for Digha development? We are already paying such taxes to Government when spending in Digha. Upon checkout the staffs constantly ask for Tips which again is not a good practice and does not give pleasant experience to customers. Overall they charge tariffs like a 5 star hotel in a place like Digha but services and experience is not like a 5 star.

I have come to this hotel and it is very clean and very good. The rooms are very good and big. The food quality is also very good but the price is a little high. The price of the hotel is also a little high and the most important thing is that

Rooms are not value for money. Food and rooms are little bit costly. Food is also average.

Cost was too high against the hotel service. First Aid available with no cotton and bandage . Washroom hand jet was choked no water from hand jet.

The property located in a very good place and the Digha beach can be seen from the terrace. Overall experience of the stay was good. Keep up the good work

Great location, Seamless check-in/out/dinning experience, Well behaved staff, While it may feel pricier at first but the food is just infinitely delicious ( worth every single penny i paid ) .. The rooms needed some maintenance but again i would say, food makes up for every thing. Great front porch with swings and tables to enjoy some nice time with your better half. Ofcourse, a great rooftop garden and sitting area as well. This hotel just at the perfect location in new digha for anyone...

Rooms were spacious with lot of complementary items. Food quality and location was good.

Everything is fine there is only one issue that is during breakfast the restaurant gets overcrowded as the rooms are included with complimentary breakfast so I think the restaurant should have more accommodation

Food quality is excellent. No Pub / Bar. Completely in-house Family Restaurant. Also, Round the Clock food delivery in room service.

Good Ambience, Cleanliness, Good Staff Behaviour but it was mentioned that sea view will be provided but didn't mentioned side sea view will be given. Food was good, Complimentary breakfast was also very very good, location was 1 minute's walking distance from Sea beach, facilities - Swimming pool, lift, roof top garden was aslo available.
