Delicious food

The bed cover & pillow cover was dirty,we told them to change with a washable bed cover,but they didn't.

very Old Ac,Bathroom is very dirty,staff behaviour is very bad. Experience is very very Bad

Untidy bed, pillow, broken locks in bathroom, hazy mirrors, stuffy rooms. Overall a suffocating stay for 3 hours. The resturant is worst of all. Do not go for fish, they are from last century.

1. Worst Hotel Staff Behavior. 2. BEDBUG infestation in room, toilet, under the beds. 3. The whole family including 4 Females (1 Elderly Woman) and 1 Child suffered throughout the Night to survive. 4. Hotel Staff denied this until I showed them a Live BEDBUG and pictures of other infested areas. 5. Room Windows and Toilet Doors dont lock properly. 6. Next Day they insulted us when we confronted them in the morning with more BEDBUGS.

Are you guys seriously cooked chicken curry with flavour??? or cooked chicken with fish curry..? the whole chicken curry and the chicken was tested like fish 🤐 although the other food quality was good

worst bedroom and worst food and service worst . when I visited in this hotel 🛏️. they didn't give good service 😞.

I am satisfied with the service rendered by the hotel staff and i thank all of them for the same. I hope i shall be able to experience more comfort in my future travel and stay with them.

Hotel manager behavior is very rude and room service is also very bad there was no phone in the room it is a bad experience to choose this hotel and in the room there was no mobile network inside the room there no wifi facility available

Rooms are dull, wet

The manager beheaves very arrogantly with the guest. I booked the hotel and for the second days the manager insists to book in offline mode and assured that they will offer the same price as offered but in reality they charged me extra. when we interact with him he talked arrogantly and told he did not care for the reviews . The rooms were tidy and they did not clean it inspite of my several request.

Though the room was clean but the staff behaviour was absolutely unprofessional. First of all I have never experienced a hotel that has scheduled room service time at 10:00 pm. On the first day when we didn't order food and eat outside the staff behaviour completely changed. It was clearly mentioned that alcohol was prohibited in the hotel premises but there were empty bottles all over the balcony. Above all of that the kitchen staff were so rude that they didn't receive a single call though continuously reminding at the reception multiple times. And the room service was awful. For 4 people they provided with only two blankets and both of them dirty and smelly. We asked for a door mat which was also never provided.

Food was good but room was too small for 3 adult and no clean floor. No parking. Only restuarant and restuarant incharge person was good.

Overall i had an average experience. The quality of the room, bathroom is not up to the mark. More cleanliness is needed. The behaviour of the staffs were very good. Food quality was also awesome. But they need to improve the quality of the room. Maintenance is required.

Location is ok in this price for 3a+1c accommodation. Food quality perfect, staff attitude are nice. 24h geyser, clean toilet, good ambiance. Only need quality blanket and also extra blanket need for 3a+1c accommodation from first time before asking.

Very dirty hotel, there were no drinking water bottle, they kept one jur only. Even cockroach were flying, over bad experience.
