Washroom tap broken. Mirror not clean. No cable connection in tv. Cable remote not working. Poor kitchen service it's taking too late to deliver food and food taste not as restaurant type. Receptionist not responds on anything asked over hotel phone.

Properties location is very good and it's very near to the beach. The food is excellent and the staff behaviour is also good.

had booked and for a sea facing room and was charged at a premium rs. 5300 for a night stay... at the time of checking in was alloted a side balcony room... no sea facing.. so I think I was scammed.. they did not listen to my point of view and asked me to call up make my trip ppl instead... bed linen was smelly.... terrible experience... next morning ordered breakfast room service at around 8 :10 am.... it came at around 9:30 am after several calls and persuasion.....

property has no seaview 4 bedded room but booked seaview 4 bedded room, and payed for it. customer care not responded and abruptly disconnected the phone. next avoid mmt

Food and location was very good...but room service was not good

Firstly, the reception area wasn't clear and the welcoming vibes were poor. The receptionist had no idea how online Bookings were happening through MakeMyTrip. however, when I've showed them the booking voucher with full payment then they've alloted me a room. but that room was very dirty and AC wasn't working. then after complaining they've changed the room. moreover, very poor experience and will never visit this property again.

Worst Experience about property, Check in time was 10 am but we reached at 12.30 Pm, but the room was not cleared.
